Patrick Currivan, veterinary surgeon and practice partner at Vets4Pets Halifax is fascinated by all aspects of small animal surgery but especially orthopaedics.
Patrick was awarded the general practitioner certificate in small animal surgery (GPCertSAS) by the European School of Veterinary Postgraduate Studies in September 2011 and the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons certificate in advanced veterinary practice (CertAVP) in December 2012.
Patrick is continually furthering his expertise in this area in order to extend the range of surgical procedures that can be undertaken.
To provide the best possible care for his patients, Vets4Pets in Halifax has invested a considerable amount in an ever increasing array of specialised surgical equipment which enables him undertake more complex procedures.
Patrick carries out a wide range of specialist surgeries but his special interests lie in the repair of cruciate injuries and fracture repair. Patrick also operates a mobile surgery service for Vets4Pets practices and travels extensively throughout the UK and channel islands.
