Whilst this a very worrying time for me re my lovely Reuben (King Charles Cavalier) who has been very ill with heart failure. Thanks to Stephen and his staff he has settled again. Thank you so much for the support not only to Reuben but to me as well. I have written a funny comment re Reuben on facebook.

Hi Guys, sorry it has taken so long for me to post this. I just wanted to thank you Stephen and all those involved with us in caring for Spencer during his illness. Your kindness and understanding made a very difficult time for us just that little bit less painful. I was so glad we found such a wonderful practice with such dedicated, kind and caring people. Thanks again and keep up the good work.

A little message for Lisa and Stephen - Just to say thank you for being so fabulous! You are such extraordinarily friendly people and our Specialist is doing so much better. Stephen, the last vet I went to just ignored his symptoms, you nearly cured him within a week. Lisa, it's so much fun coming to see you.
