Crawley Vets4Pets

I graduated from Bologna's University (Italy) in 2012 and I then went on doing a Master Degree in Animal Reproduction which I finished in 2014. My husband and I moved to the UK in 2015 and I have been working in small animal practices ever since.

I have obtained my Oncology GP-Cert in 2016 and I moved to Crawley in July 2020 to start as the Head Vet for the practice. I started a further qualification in Diagnostic Imaging in 2021 which I will achieve in 2023

In March 2022 I became Joint Venture Partner and I now run the practice together with James Fowler MRCVS and Emma Clarke RVN.

I have a 3 year old son and a 10 months old daughter. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family and my 2 Maine Coons.

I graduated from the University of Bristol in 2011 after completing a BSc (Hons) in veterinary nursing and practice administration. I have always been passionate about animals and being a veterinary nurse is my dream job. Being a head nurse comes with challenges of its own but these challenges I embrace. I am also a clinical coach meaning I train the student veterinary nurses. As of this year I have taken on the role of JVP (joint venture partner) which will allow for greater flexibility and management. I love all aspects of my job in particular medical nursing, geriatric nursing and rabbit nursing. I have completed my rabbit nursing Diploma and have undertaken the emergency and critical care nursing diploma. At home I have 2 naughty cats Zig and Zag, and 2 spoilt indoor mini lops Dolly and Belle. I frequently take home puppies and kittens to hand rear.

I grew up in Southern Ireland and was extremely fortunate to share my wonderful childhood with animals of all different shapes and sizes! I trained in Edinburgh, Ireland and England qualifying in 2001. After which, I went travelling around the world and was lucky enough to work in Morocco. Since then I worked a various places included the RSPCA in Putney.

 I was lucky enough to be employed by Vets4Pets 2.5 years ago on a part time basis. I love all aspects of my job and have a special interest in animal welfare. I very much enjoy caring for our inpatients and do enjoy the buzz of a busy prep room!

When I am not at work I am exercising by my two dogs, Otter a cheeky border terrier who came from my work at the RSPCA and Moose, a wonderfully loyal Labrador. We also have a lovely pony called Foresta and Weasel, our little domestic short haired cat who also came from the RSPCA in Putney. She is adored by the children and is lucky enough to be the only animal allowed upstairs!I enjoy exercising when I am not being mum; I especially love going for 5-10km runs. The dogs get super excited when the trainers go on!

Since qualifying in 2014, I have worked in multiple practices across South London, Surrey and West Sussex. I have a keen interest in surgical nursing, animal nutrition and client and student nurse training. I hold a Certificate in Canine and Feline Veterinary Health Nutrition. I am also a Clinical Coach and responsible for teaching and coaching student nurses through the practical side of their training.

At home I have three  spaniels; Bug, Ron & Wes, seven chickens and two ferrets; Dexter  Derek. Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my family, baking and walking my dogs through the countryside.

I joined Vets4Pets in October 2016. I qualified as a veterinary nurse in 2005. I have had a range of pets over the years; chipmunks, birds, fishes, rabbits and guinea pigs. I also had a horse for many years too. I now have 2 rescue dogs; Margot, a tiny Chihuahua cross and Roo, a poodle cross.

 I enjoy taking my dogs out, going to music festivals and gigs and catching up with my friends. Most of my spare time is taken up being mum to my daughter.

I joined Vets4Pets in October 2016, as a Veterinary Care Assistant, having previously worked as an Animal Nursing Assistant in a different veterinary practice for 4 years. I have recently completed my training to become a Registered Veterinary Nurse. I have always worked with animals - prior to the veterinary industry I worked in a boarding and police dog kennels. I have previously volunteered for the RSPCA also.

At home I have a German Shephard called Skye who regularly features on the Vets4Pets facebook page!

In my spare time I enjoy taking long walks and baking.

I first worked at Pets at Home for over a year before starting my job as a Veterinary Care Assistant at Vets 4 Pets. I have always had a strong interest in working with animals. It has always been my dream career to be a qualified Veterinary Nurse, and now I am!

My joys in life are my two Golden Retrievers, Willow and Bracken, and my many small furries.

Before starting my role as a veterinary care assistant, I previously worked for a year as a dog walker/pet sitter. It was this role that made me really pursue a career in animal care. So far, I have learnt so much since joining Vets4Pets and I am now studying to be a Veterinary Nurse and hope to be qualified in 2024.

I have two adorable pugs called Max and Ozzy. 

After finishing my degree in biochemistry, I knew I wanted to work with animals as I am passionate about animals and science. After being a veterinary care assistant for 2 years I am now so excited to start my journey in training to become a registered veterinary nurse. 

I have two rabbits: Pepper and Charlie and Freyja the cat. At home I like to relax with after a busy day at work.

Hello! My name is Hannah and I have been part of the team for just over a year now.

My favourite part of the job is being in charge of the charity aspect, helping both the owners and their beloved pets in their journey to getting the help they need.

At home, I have 3 dogs and 3 cats so I'm used to all the chaos, but I wouldn't have it any other way!

I have two sons so I work part time as a receptionist - I am super organised and love helping people, so the position is perfect for me; I actually started working at Vets4Pets Crawley in 2018, left to have my sons in 2020 and came back in 2022 because I missed it so much.

I love animals, especially rodents, reptiles and exotics. I have had hamsters, rats, a tarantula and even a tortoise in the past; I would love a bearded dragon one day. I currently have two giant African land snails named Sybil and Cecil; snails are actually hermaphrodites, but I think of them as a boy and girl.

In my spare time, when my children finally go to bed, I like to practice my knitting and either play my Nintendo Switch or watch a lot of Netflix!

I started working for Vets4Pets last year. Before starting my role as a veterinary receptionist I worked part time at a beauty salon. I have also been busy raising my family of 3 children.

My favourite part of my job is talking and meeting new people and hearing all about their pets.

 When I'm not at work you will find me snuggled up with my 4 cats, Reggie, Apollo, Ivy and Coco.

I first started working for Vets4Pets in 2019. I left for 6 months to pursue other avenues but missed it so much I returned!  

At home I have two crazy indoor cats called Luna and Kylo and tropical fish.

When I'm not cleaning up after my cats or partner,  I enjoy baking and seeing my work friends for dog walks and catch ups.

Hi I'm Alex,

I joined the practice part time just before Christmas. its fits in perfectly with my busy family life. I've grown up around pets and they have always been a part of my life, I currently have a budgie called Oreo!

I'm enjoying my new role and loving meeting the animals and my colleagues are fab too!!
