Client comments
Yesterday I brought our dog Camille in to see vet Helen who couldn't have been nicer. She was lovely with her, reassuring and gentle. I was so worried that as Camille's turned 15 now there could be bad news, there wasn't. I can't tell you how relieved I was. Helen explained everything clearly about her condition and treatment, didn't rush me and went through other aspects of care for further down the line. So professional, so helpful and so caring.
There was a student in the surgery too and she was very nice, stood back until needed, was attentive and listened all the time.

I can't thank you enough, once again.

I have been a client for Vets4Pets in Harrogate for a number of years. The care given was marvellous. Mary and Paula on reception have also been very kind and as we now have a puppy from Dogs Trust we will once more be making visits.

I would like to pass on our thanks to your wonderful team they never let us down when there is a problem with Libby and we ring the surgery. They really do go above and beyond their call of duty to help patients. They really do more than their job description and their dedication is fantastic.

I just want to tell you that you guy's do an amazing job and that it is a pleasure to visit the surgery and enjoy the wonderful balance of professionalism, enthusiasm and fun friendly reception.

I came in before Christmas to enquire about your services and went home to tell JB what at great pleasure it was. We bought our cat "Millie" in for annual vaccination last week, followed unfortunately by Simba this week with his "Lily" encounter, while this was a really scary experience, it was also another great example of just how well you guys all work together. It really is so great to see such a cohesive team! and that is a credit to you all, not often experienced in many work environments.
Congratulations.

P.s Our home is now Lily ( and pretty much all flower free!) I cant believe that I left them in such close proximity to the cats.

Many Thanks
