We moved to Vets4pets after a poor experience at another local vet. A friend said they had received very good treatment for their pet and we gave it a try. No problem recommending this vet to anyone.

Thank you for the continued care and support that I have always recieved from Vets4Pets, Its incredible the difference it can make when the vet understands that your pet is very scared and does their best to make them feel comfortable. Also when both of my cats have their injections the vets are very fast and the cats don't even notice. The vets allow my cats to wander around the room whilst they treat one of the cats so that they are not as distressed when its their turn.

I was amazed when I first went to Vets4Pets as I assumed that all vets were like the first vet I had visited before moving area (Rough with the cats and no campassion), this was not the case. I was greeted very nicely with a smile from the receptionist when first entering the building like always (this does make a difference to your overall experience as you may be feeling anxious about your pets condition) and once in with the vet I was talked to by the vet about the cats and told that they look like they had a little siamese in them, from this moment I knew I would never go to a different vet, I could tell that the vet had a keen interest in animals and compassion towards them that I had not experienced in the past. Although they do routine procedures to animals it never becomes just a routine to these vets, I have seen many of the vets and have always had similar nice experiences. I haven't got one negative to say about this vets and have been there for at least two and a half years and go for regular check ups, injections and flea and worming treatments. You can call for advice over the phone if you have any concerns and they even have their own cat that ponders around the reception or lays on the reception desk. How all vets should be!!!!! No problem in recommending this vets to anyone, they are 110% committed at all times

I needed a new vet after my previous vets were repeatedly suggesting that my 15 year old dog should have an X-Ray, the injection alone would of probably killed him.

After my sister recommended Vets4Pets I took him along and WOW, what a difference!!

From the minute I arrived my dog had a big poo right outside the front door. Without hesitation a member of staff was up, poo bag at the ready and the poop was scooped. I had every intention of doing it myself, but they didn't give me the chance. They even did it with a smile..

The Vet was excellent, calm and informative, no need for an X-Ray she told me. At the end of the consultation I was left feeling reassured and confident with treatments administered to my dog and tablets for later. I even know what the next course of action will be if this treatment doesn't work and guess what, it doesn't involve and X-Ray!!

Would I recommend them? Well put it this way, I am transferring my other dog to Vets4Pets...

Regards

David

We've had our dog Presley for 6 years now and his annual visit to the vets has always been stressful...until this time! We've changed to Vets4Pets Hull and what a difference! Presley prefers to be examined on the floor and vets at other practices have insisted he needs to be seen on the table. Phillipa, on the other hand, was very understanding and accommodated Presley's needs. This put him at ease and for the first time, we left the vets without getting tense and worked up. Thank you!

After my beloved Dwight was misdiagnosed by another vet I took a friends advice and transferred to Vets4Pets - the best thing I ever did! Dwights condition is now under control and he is the happiest and healthiest he has been in a long time. I cannot praise Annie, Philippa and the rest of the staff highly enough especially the reception staff who have to put up with Dwights noisemaking whilst waiting to see Annie!

Debbie Ironmonger (28/03/2012 16:12:23)

Myself and my husband would like to let you know, just how much we appreciate Philipa, and the staff, for their sincerity and compassion, in treating our darling Dustina.
