The Care4Pets Healthcare Plan

Care for pets
We believe that prevention is better than cure, which is why we have developed our healthcare plans – designed to cover all the regular essentials such as vaccinations, worming and flea treatments, microchipping, and more.

Regular visits mean we can make sure we dispense accurate and up to date flea and worm treatments.  It also gives us the opportunity to monitor the general health of your pet and notice those often subtle changes that indicate something may be wrong. This will provide peace of mind and save money in the long term.

 Care4Pets PLUS

All for just £16 a month for cats and from £17 a month for dogs (subject to weight).

Although a very comprehensive healthcare plan this is not an insurance product and if you want treatment costs covered you will need to consider an insurance plan as well. We would recommend our Cover4Pets Insurance.

Client comments
I just wanted to say a huge thank you to those at the Luton branch who helped me yesterday when I brought in my poor hamster Voldemort after he'd just been "played with" by my cat Penguin. I was in a complete mess and burst in without an appointment but the receptionist and the vet who helped me were so kind and understanding and tried to help straight away. Unfortunately Voldemort died, probably before I even made it to the vets, but the staff were so sweet and even stuck some stickers on a little box for me to take him home in. I just wanted to say I really really appreciate your kindness, thank you ever so much.

Dear Vets4Pets, Luton Branch

Last Saturday I visited Vets4Pets with my four cats for their annual booster vaccinations.

Not only was I impressed with the £15 per vaccination offer I was also incredibly impressed with your vet Phillip.

Phillip was really friendly and warm from the moment we walked in. He took the time to listen to my cats 'stories' and health problems good and bad. Phillip was humorous and made a real effort to see their individual characters. We did not feel rushed or like it was just a job for him. He really showed interest and made me smile.

He also gave me some excellent advice on flea treatment of which I adhered to, and my 'flea bag' cat is now flea free for the first time in months!

We now unfortunately live in a society where we are quick to complain, but I also feel it is important to praise and acknowledge when you have been more than satisfied and impressed with the care you, or in this case, my animals have been given.

Phillip is a real credit to the practice and I hope to see him again.

Thank you for your help with my boys.

With kind regards

Mrs Jeanette Hall

So glad I chose this practice. The staff are so welcoming and always take the chance to give my puppy lots of cuddles and attention. Philip has taken the time to ease my mind when I was concerned about lexi even though we weren't booked in to see him. Keep up the good work guys!

First choice for my cat and dog. All the staff are patient and kind and extremely professional. Foxy is a nervousness German Shepherd and doesn't like men. The staff take time to comfort and reassure her, even the receptionists. Pippin is and indoor cat and she is not used to strangers. Both animals have been treated in Luton Vets4Pets since birth. The staff are trustworthy and caring. They give you lots of information and advice. I know my pets are always in the best hands. I highly recommend Vets4Pets to anyone.

As a new customer at Vets4Pets I was given a warm welcome and introduced to most of the staff and after registering my new Staffordshire Bull terrier called TJ. We went into see the nurse she made a big fuss of him to make him feel at ease as he was quite nervous. She did what she had to do and we had a little chat she was very professional in her job and I would recommend Vets4Pets to anyone.

Not only are you so caring and loving to all animals who come through your door you treat the clients with extra care too !! An excellent vets I recommend to you all, they make you feel relaxed and calm and explain all animal procedures clearly, you do not seemed rushed and they have time for you if you have questions etc. I knew Angel was in the best hands And my daughter too, when I was beside myself with worry. They really do care !!! Angel is recovering quickly from her op, and was nice to know she was fussed and well looked after due in her stay. Thanks All at Luton Vets4pets

We just can't thank you enough for the extra months of quality you gave us with Muffin. You treated us with the upmost dignity and respect. The care and sympathy the receptionist and Vicki gave us was all very comforting and thank you to Mark; you helped us feel at peace and that we had come to the right decison for Muffin our very tired baby - again we thank you x

Carole & Cliff Wells (18/07/2012 21:30:30)

I have taken my dog and cats to this practice since it opened, infact before they opened my daughter and I walked past and we spoke to the staff who were setting up the practice, as my daughter is interested in being a vet. We were invited back for a tour which she loved. I have found that all the staff are welcoming, friendly, professional and nothing is ever to much trouble. They make you feel that your pets are their pets and treat them with the love and understanding all animals deserve. Where else would you get the wealth of knowledge, kindness and understanding from, I would recommend this practice to anyone. Well done Mark and Team!

We recently moved to Luton Vets4Pets and I'm so glad we did. Our lovely greyhound suddenly developed lots of problems, he was cared for beautifully and the cost was always explained to us up front. I cant praise the staff enough for their kindness and sensitivity, there really was nothing they could have done better. I have had pets all my life and would recommend them to anyone as the best vets practice I have dealt with.

Bemadonna Bengals moved its buisness to this vets and it was the best move we ever made. The practise is ideal, friendly, supportive, professional, caring and kind from the vets to the receptionist & nurses. I can't recommend highly enough!
