Vets4Pets Prenton

We have been going to Vets4Pets after a bad experience at a different Vets locally. We are so pleased we moved, as are our bunnies who are very well looked after! The guys here know about buns, which are often not treated as well as cats and dogs at other places despite them being the third most common pet!
We have a bun who was left a little disabled after a nasty illness and Sean has been fantastic! We are greeted like family even though we don't go all that often.

I cannot fault any of the staff at this practice, nor can our little bunny family!

It really makes a difference when the vets genuinely care about your pet and one thing is for certain. ALL staff care about the animals who are brought in. And this is why we drive 20mins to get there! =) LOVE this vets =)

I recently had occasion to ring Vets4Pets Prenton for some advice on a couple of problems I had with my newly purchased 'pooch' Honey. I can only say that the staff are exceedingly good at giving you the advice you need to put your mind at ease. They are friendly, professional and very good at what they do. I can't praise them enough. If you need any advice about anything to do with your pet, no matter what the problem is, don't hesitate to contact Vets4Pets whatever the region is you live in. We have been using Prenton Vets4Pets for a while now and we recommend them 100% to our friends and relatives. Unfortunately we have to visit the vets more often than we would like, however, upon each visit we have received excellent service. The surgery is very clean with posters and information on local services and offers. The staff are very friendly and provide a personal service. They always take a moment to welcome you and your pets. Matt takes time to make the animal feel at ease (as well as the owner) before then explaining what needs to be done. He will always offer other options where available and is happy discuss these options honestly and with a great deal of knowledge. I can't say enough to commend the whole team and will continue to use the surgery with all my pets from little to large. Good work.

I have been going to Matt for 4 years he is the best vet I have ever had. He always takes his time with you and he explains every thing to you in detail. Pity all vets are not like this.

We have recently taken our pet Bunny Shortbread to the Prenton Vets4Pets. The staff are absolutely wonderful from the girls on reception right through to the nurses and vets themselves. Matt and Sean were fantastic with Shorty. Everyone at the surgery really makes you feel at ease and that you can trust them to look after your pet. Shortbread is part of our family and I couldn't ask for more caring and understanding people before, during and after her operation. They even look after owners who are feeling anxious too, not just the pets. An all round excellent place and lovely welcoming environment!

Matt and his team are so caring and considerate. Matt was so thorough and always available throughout my dog's illness. Everyone has been very supportive. I would recommend this team to anyone with a pet!!

"I took my dog Bella and her 10 puppies for a quick check up at Vets4Pets last week. This is the first time I have used this vets and found it to be one of the most helpful and friendly I have been to yet.

They take their time to talk to you and have a good check over your pet. I was also surprised at the cost of the visit was not expecting it to be so cheap would highly recommend this practice and its staff. I will definately be sticking with them in the future.

"We visited Prenton practice again today for annual boosters and check up for our two dogs, Holly and Belle. Once again the service we received was excellent. We have dealt with many vets over the years due to Hollys condition and Matt is by far the best vet we have come across and we will be sticking with him.
