Client comments
After my dog became ill, I took her to Vets4Pets Quinton where I found the staff and the vet very helpful. We thought we had found a solution, and my dog seemed better. A week later however, she became very ill and her condition worsened. The reception staff were fantastic at getting us to see the vet immediately and the vet was superb in his methodical approach to her illness. He was honest and straight forward in his opinions and she was admitted to their hospital where she had an exploratory operation. Unfortunately she was found to have cancer, but this was dealt with compassionately, sensitively and in a timely manner by the vet, and all staff showed great empathy both to my dog and myself. I only had to phone the surgery and they saw her immediately when she needed extra medicine to keep her comfortable. I felt that the surgery and staff were incredibly supportive and very very kind, my dog was very relaxed and happy and that put me at ease.
The reception staff even watched my baby girl for me whilst I went in with my dog. I can't thank them enough for making a very hard week more bearable and putting my little girl at peace.

Joined the practice in January 2013 after adopting a dog from local rescue and have found all staff to be knowledgable, helpful, accommodating and above all kind. My dog is the 'Frank Spencer' of the canine world and has been there 4 times in the last 2 months and each time he has been treated very well and his problems have been swiftly diagnosed and treated. I would have no hesitation in recommending this practice.

Very pleased with rabbits treatment. Both male and female neutered without stress, given kind care and had a speedy recovery.

A very big thank you for all your helpful advice, and the wonderful care given to Jasmine and Tigger. I have recommended you to family and friends. All the staff are friendly and caring. Very pleased with the service.

We went to Vets4Pets as they had an offer on vaccinations, and we will definitely not be using any other vets in the future. The reception staff are friendly and efficient, the nurse is excellent and the two vets we have met were brilliant! With 4 animals (all rescue) it is important that the animals feel calm and happy going there, and that is definitely the case. Even when we're just walking past the dogs try to pop in! I would recommend them to anyone.

After years of using another vets closer to home I went to Vets4Pets [Quinton] as they were doing special offer on vaccinations. The receptionist and the vet himself was lovely, friendly and very understanding helpful. I have already recommended them to family and would highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you for your wonderful service.

I was one of the first clients of Vets4Pets Quinton and was greeted superbly by the staff. I had a tour around the surgery and was amazed at the level of hygiene and up to date equipment they had. I would certainly recommend this practice to my family and friends. I was at my previous vets for over 30 years but having gone to Vets4Pets Quinton I definately would NOT go any where else with my 6 dogs.

Lovely practice, clean and spacious. Staff are very friendly and do their best to accomodate you even at short notice. I was even able to attend another Vets4Pets practice in an emergency with no problems whilst I was away from home. Highly recommended.
