Thank you very much for inviting us all but especially Harley to your Puppy Party. We really enjoyed seeing round the practice and were so impressed at how clean and hygienic it all looked backstage. We were also hugely reassured to think that if Harley ever needs specialised treatment he will be looked after by a kind, enthusiastic team who took the real trouble to build such a good rapport with him. He really enjoyed his adventure even if he was a bit wiped out and subdued by the end of the party. Thank you again for asking us, making us all so welcome and of course a big thank you for our party pack.....Harley especially liked his new rope toy and it now has pride of place in his basket along with his bat.

I would like to say a BIG thank you to Vets4Pets. My dog had an ugly wart on his upper eyelid, after taking him to Shelfield Vets4Pets this has now been removed. His eye looks fantastic, you would not think that he once had a problem the cut was so neat and tidy. They really looked after him and reassured me. What a brilliant team! Customer care, friendliness and affordability second to none!

Just to say we took one of our 10 week old baby rabbits who was waiting to go free to a good home to Vets4Pets with a broken leg at 5.30pm on 30th March, not only did Sally take the baby rabbit in, she stayed over till 8.45pm to see what she could do. A big thank you to Sally and the team who all show genuine caring attributes. It's a first for me in many years of dealing with vets that, care comes before money.

Vets4Pets is the best vet I have ever been to! The care they give to your pets is second to none. They are so friendly and helpful and Sally is excellent, explaining everything to you clearly and showing genuine care for your pets. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for great care for their pets!
