I'm Michelle, your Practice Partner and Senior Vet in the practice. I graduated from Glasgow Vet School in 2005, and moved to Lancashire where I spent 9 years in small animal practice. Four years after qualifying, I became the sole practitioner in a branch surgery of a busy referral hospital and had the opportunity to spend time working alongside many specialists in their field. In 2015, I became the partner at Newton Mearns Vets4Pets and now we have recently moved to Glasgow Pollokshaws Vets4Pets. I am very proud of what we have achieved and am thankful for the incredibly hard working team we have who keep the practice running with their knowledge and expertise to keep your pets healthy. Client, patient care and client continuity is very important to me and I particularly enjoy developing trusting relationships with both clients and patients. I enjoy working up medical cases, have an interest in rabbit health and although I love seeing all furry friends, have a secret love for cats! I absolutely love being a vet, and although some days can be challenging, I love being part of such a great team who are highly committed to providing the very best care for your pets. I live in the West end of Glasgow with my husband, our 18 month old son, Thomas and our 2 mischievous cats, Alfie and Louie, who are slowly accepting that we have a new addition to our family! When I'm not looking after patients, I am most often found running around after my little boy! I also enjoy spending time with family and friends, keeping fit, travelling and cooking.

Hi there! My name is Bailey and I graduated from the University of Glasgow School of Veterinary Medicine in June 2023. Prior to moving to Glasgow in 2018, I attended Washington State University where I obtained a BSc in Pre-veterinary Animal Sciences. During my time at WSU, I worked as an exotics veterinary assistant. I have a special place in my heart for small mammals, especially ferrets, as well as birds and reptiles. I also have a keen interest in soft tissue surgery and hope to specialise in this area in the future.

My love for all creatures great and small has been a part of me for as long as I can remember and I hope this is reflected in the compassion I aim to show all of my patients.

When I’m not being a vet, you’ll find me and my partner out walking our greyhound, Lenny, and our collie mix, Finch, likely with some flat whites in hand. Also, I love a good hill walk or swim in a loch when the weather permits.

I joined the team at Vets4pets Pollokshaws in August 2021.

I graduated from Glasgow Vet School in 2004 and have worked in small animal general practice in and around Glasgow ever since. In 2010 I completed the abva foundation course in veterinary acupuncture. I also particularly enjoy soft tissue surgery.

I grew up with a passion for animals and animal welfare. Having had a variety of pets including budgies, hamsters, gerbils, guinea pigs and a rabbit and having recently lost our two 16 year old family border terriers I know both the joy and the heartache that pet ownership brings.

I have 2 young children which keep me very busy but I have recently found some time to enjoy horse riding again.

I'm Lucy and I joined the Vets4Pets Pollokshaws team as Head Nurse in April 2020.

I started my Veterinary Nurse training in 2002 and qualified in 2005.  Over the last 18 years I have worked in a variety of first opinion, charity, emergency critical care and referral practices, in both permanent and locum roles.

My particular areas of interest are anaesthesia, surgical nursing and inpatient care.  I also enjoy learning new skills and keeping up-to-date with developments in the profession.

Most of all I love spending time with my patients and looking after them to the best of my ability.  I feel very lucky to have a career that I love, it really is a privilege to care for animals and it brings me a lot of happiness.

Prior to my life as an RVN, I studied Zoology at the University of London, close to where I grew up in Surrey.  I moved to Glasgow in 2005 and currently live in Helensburgh with my husband.  Outside of work I can be found hill-walking, doing yoga, getting lost in a good book and planning travel adventures.

I knew I always wanted to work with animals and studied Animal Biology at Glasgow University before attending Edinburgh College to gain my Level £ Diploma in Veterinary Nursing in 2014.  Since qualifying I have attended a number of different courses to improve my nursing skills and hope to complete a certificate in Surgical Nursing.

I joined the Vets4Pets team in Pollokshaws at the start of 2020 after taking a year off  maternity leave to spend time with my daughter and I also got to spend more time with my furbaby Rosie. Being a Sprocker Spaniel she is full of beans and hugs and is a great companion.  As much as I love most animal, Spaniels definitely hold a special place in my heart.

I love my job and look forward to working with you all in the future.

I have recently joined Vets 4 Pets in August 2018, prior to starting I have worked within a veterinary practice for the last 8 years, starting off as a receptionist then as a qualified veterinary care assistant. I qualified as a veterinary care assistant in 2015 in Edinburgh and I am now continuing my studies to become a registered veterinary nurse. I recently bought my own house and live locally. I stay with my partner Blair and my one year old son, Casey. We have a house full of animals including dogs, cats, marine fish, horses and a royal python. Never too many animals. Outside of work, I am usually spending as much time with family and friends. I also enjoy competing my horse on a regular basis.

I have been a staff member from April 2022 and its been my first time working in a Veterinary practice. I adore my job working in the practice, no day is the same. I am very much a people person, which is a big part of being on reception as you are the first smiley, friendly person owners are dealing with . My love for animals is huge but especially Dogs and Cats and the best part is getting cuddles form all the kittens and puppies.

I have a cat (Coco) who is 14 year old and a wonderful lady and hoping to get a dog one day. I previously volunteered for Borrow my doggie which is a fantastic charity to help people out walking there doggies when they are not around, it was a very satisfying role and hope to go back to it one day

In my previous role I was in sales for a major hotel company which I was made redundant and though I would try something different which has worked out for me. I am a very sociable person and love going out with friends and also keeping active at the gym and my biggest passion is my holidays.

Hi I'm Hannah, I studied Animal Biology at University graduating in 2021; spending a year as an Animal Care Assistant in an emergency clinic in Nottingham, before making the move to Scotland and joining the team here as a client care advisor.

I enjoy helping our clients and their pets and look forward to meeting you all. At home I have a cheeky little cat, a corn snake, two ball python's and a pet tarantula. When I'm not busy taking care of them, I enjoy working on a number of crafting hobbies such as knitting and sewing. I'm excited to explore more of Scotland and can't wait to go on long walks each summer.

I became a member of the team in September 2022. It has been my first experience working in a Veterinary practice and I have found it to be the most rewarding job. The best part of my day is meeting our clients and stealing cuddles from their lovely pets. I am especially fond of dogs as I have two German Sheppard’s and a Golden Retriever at home!

Outside of work I am a student at the University of Glasgow studying English and Politics. In my free time I enjoy paddle boarding, gigs and spending time with my friends, and family.
