Meet the team
I graduated from The 'Dick and worked in mixed practice in the Cotswolds, until moving to work in Zimbabwe. After having my children, I resumed small animal practice work in and around Perth, interspersed with voluntary work in Greece and with the World Veterinary Service in Africa, India and the Caribbean.
I have a keen interest in Feline medicine and Ophthalmology and have gained additional qualifications in both of these areas. From a young age I always wanted to be a Vet and would bring home stray kittens and spend all my time working in riding stables.
For many years, I also bred Blackface sheep. In my spare time I still enjoy riding, playing racket sports, walking with my 13 year old dog Lemon, swimming and gardening.
Mrs Fionn Aivaliotis
Head Veterinary Nurse & JVP
Registered Veterinary Nurse
I qualified in 2017 from SRUC Barony Campus, Dumfries, with a HND in Veterinary Nursing.
Before qualifying, I worked at the Barony College as an Animal Technician and conducted a two year student placement at Charnwood Veterinary Centre in Dumfries, in addition to completing work experience at Dryfe & Ark Vets in Lockerbie and Ashlea Vets in Carlise.
Prior to this, I worked at Abbey Green Vets in the Cotswolds, as a Veterinary Nursing Assistant and at Pershore College as an Animal Technician, where I cared for a wide range of animals including, Snakes, Frogs, Spiders, Birds, Rodents, Pigs, Sheep, Goats and even Llamas.
For a little over a year, I lived, worked and travelled around Scandinavia, helping remote farms care for their animals and grow organic food.
At home I have a small menagerie, which includes two dogs- a Border Collie x and a miniature Daschund whom I hand reared from two days old (you may see them around the practice) two cats, one who was also hand reared from two days old, chickens, frogs, many fish and a Leopard Gecko.
I have a real passion for Animal Behaviour and studied Canine and Feline Behaviour and Psychology as part of my HND in Animal Welfare and Management qualification. My other interests include Consult Nursing, Senior and Palliative care, Arthritis management, Dental hygiene, Wound management and Rabbit, Guinea-pig and Hamster health and welfare.
In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with all my animals, friends and family and due to my Greek husband, I am learning Greek, γεια, πώς είσαι?
When asked why I became a Veterinary Nurse, I said, '' I have been around animals all my life, they are my greatest passion and I wanted a rewarding career where I could work and care for animals all day and contribute to making a difference to their lives; no day is ever the same and I wouldn’t have it any other way'.

Hello my name is Lennox
I qualified in 2021 with a BSc in Veterinary Nursing and have always had a love for animals; having a few of my own including my wonderful dog, a snake and two guinea-pigs.
Veterinary nursing is challenging, yet rewarding, and I enjoy all aspects of the nursing role, but ultimately, there's nothing I love more than a spicy cat!
During my spare time I like to spend time with my animals, family and friends and am currently learning to speak Polish: Cześć jak się masz?
I started working at Vets4pets in August 2018 as a Client Care Advisor. I had never worked as a receptionist before but from my previous jobs I have always enjoyed working with the public and it’s even better now as I get to meet all the clients along with their furry friends!
My friends and family all know me as being a huge animal lover and I always used to sneak through the back of the practice to get cuddles from all the animals. Due to this, I took a keen interest in nursing and was given the opportunity to re-train as a Veterinary Care Assistant (VCA) which is a job I love and find very rewarding.
I have a beautiful greyhound called Jessie who is bundle of madness and two rabbits called Theo & Clyde.
Hello I’m Leia.
I joined Vets4Pets in November 2017 as a Client Care Advisor. I absolutely love my job, everyday is different. I have a keen interest in adminstration, especially animal insurance and often have the task of completing claims for clients, which I really enjoy doing.
At home, I am kept busy with my two and a half year old son and two dogs; Alfie who is a French Bulldog x Pug and Darcy a French Bulldog. I also have a cat called Holly, who is a Maine Coon. I can’t wait to see all our clients old and new back in our Perth practice 😀
