I graduated in vet school in Lahore, Pakistan in 2 and then my Masters in Pathology in 2003. I travelled to the UK the same year and did lots of work experience. I then passed my MRCVS in 2006. I worked near Manchester for 6 years and the last 2 years as the senior vet, leading a team of 7 vets. I have worked in busy emergency clinics as well, so I am proud to say that there are not many things in veterinary that I have not seen. I love doing consults with new puppies and kittens but I love the time spent in theatre mending and saving animals. Soft tissue surgery is my favourite, including C-sections, naroplasty for pinched nose little puppies, and ear canal operations. I have done lot of emergency procedures including placing chest drain, and doing bloat (GDV) in large breed dogs. I am also confident doing knee injury procedures. At the same time I love time spent with geriatric friends and making their last years of life as comfortable as possible using all the latest research backed by my experience. My wife Faiza and I have three children - they keep us busy outside work hours. My Team at Vets4pet Reedswood Walsall, is experienced, passionate, and determined to be the best!
