Meet the team
I’m Dani,
I qualified from the University of Murcia, Spain in 2021. I had the pleasure of packing my bags and coming to the UK to start my career as a Veterinary Surgeon. Prior to that, I volunteered in an animal rescue centre and fostered many rabbits, developing my love for this species and their behaviour, but I also have a deep interest in ophthalmology.
I am looking forwards to meeting as many animals as I can, and if your pet is a bit scared of us vets, make sure to bring their treats or toys, I’ll happily try and be their friend!
Elizabeth
Veterinary Surgeon
MRCVS
I have been working in a veterinary practice for almost 5 years and have been a qualified nurse for 2, I love meeting new people with their fur-babies and making a big fuss of them as we all know the vets is a scary place!
I love caring for our poorly patients so you can rest assure that if your pet came into us they would be getting kisses and cuddles! As me and my partner have only been in our new home a year we have yet to share it with a furry! So we are in the quest of finding a bouncy boxer to join us.
I look forward to meeting your fur-children with advice, care and making them feel at ease with us at Nuneaton Vets4Pets!
I've been working in the veterinary industry for 8 years and qualified as an RVN in 2018 at Moreton Morrell College. I worked with Mel and Lucy a few years ago at another practice and was so excited to be given the opportunity to work with them again. I love all aspects of veterinary nursing but especially love meeting cats, guinea pigs and our lovely elderly patients.
At home I am kept busy with my two little girls and also my kitty children Poppy and Harley. I look forward to meeting you and your fur babies soon.
I have been qualified since September 2012, I graduated from Harper Adams University. I first met Lucy JVP of Nuneaton when I was a trainee nurse, many years past and we met again when I came to work here as a locum veterinary nurse.
I have worked in several practices since qualifying and before joining Nuneaton I was a locum veterinary nurse for just over two years, I chose to do this to gain further experience in different practices but for also personal reasons. I started working at Nuneaton as a permanent member of the team at the end of March 2021, I left locuming because I missed bonding with clients and their lovely pets but also a solid work family.
I’ve always wanted to be a veterinary nurse since I was about eight years old when I saw a programme on the television. I love my job because I love caring for your pets and educating owners about pet care. In my spare time I love to get to grips with the great outdoors, see family/friends and spending time with my partner and our bouncy Golden Retriever Milo.
Fact about me: I’m allergic to most pets (rabbit hair, some types of cats and short haired dogs); to the point of where the GP as advised me not to do this job. If I was a dog breed I would be a West Highland Terrier or French Bulldog as they are super prone to allergies.
Sam
Veterinary Nurse
RVN
Hey! I joined the company 9 years ago I didnt realise how much I would completely fall in love with veterinary care and knew this was the job for me! I have always loved animals - monkeys are my absolute favourite! I worked with Lucy and Mel at a previous practice and we all bonded amazingly, so I am so thrilled to be working with them in their own practice.
The team here are so friendly and are always willing to help our clients to the best of their ability. I am friendly and approachable, so you never have to worry about asking anything as we are all eager to give you any information you required. You will probably find me snuggling a baby pet that has come in to say hi to us! I work on reception and also out the back with the vets and nurses. I adore looking after your pets after their anaesthetic and making sure they are recovering nicely.
Along with this crazy but enjoyable job, I have a wonderful family at home of 2 daughters, a cat that thinks she is a dog and my husband.
We are all a friendly bunch and cant wait to meet you and your gorgeous pets!
I have always had passion for animals of all shapes and sizes.
I joined a local Pets At Home in 2018 working as a pet care advisor. I was with them for 2 years.
I knew I wanted to take the next step in my career so I joined a local vet practice as a member of the reception team.
When the chance to join Vets4Pets Nuneaton practice came along I knew I had to jump at it.
One of the best aspects of the job is helping owners and their pets from exciting new puppies and kittens to beloved family pets.
I absolutely love the team at Nuneaton, everyone has made me feel so welcome.
In my spare time, I love to bake and spend time with my bunny, Rowan. I’m a bunny enthusiast and take an interest in their care and wellbeing.
I love spending time at country houses and their gardens as well. It provides inspiration for a garden I hope to have one day.
