Your Cambridge Barnwell Road practice have relocated (along with the whole team!) to a new practice location. We have joined forces with Pets at Home to open a new and innovative Pet Care Centre, providing all of your pet's needs under one roof.
Our new practice location in Bar Hill has given us the opportunity to upgrade and expand our facilities, as well as offering increased services providing even better care for your pets, including:
- Endoscopy suite and separate laparoscopy theatre to allow us to continue to champion minimally invasive procedures, such as keyhole neutering, in a first opinion practice.
- Improved dental facilities, including dental X-rays to offer more advanced dental procedures.
- State of the art surgical training facilities.
- Separate dog and cat waiting areas to make visiting the practice as stress-free as possible for you and your pets.
- Spacious consult rooms, meaning more room for four legged friends.
- Improved well-being spaces for our colleagues.

On the 26th January 2024, our Barnwell Road team relocated to a new state of the art practice. We have joined forces with Pets at Home to open a new and innovative Pet Care Centre in Bar Hill, providing all of your pets needs under one roof.
Vets for Pets Cambridge on Barnwell Road, has now permanently closed and appointments are now taking place at the new practice location.
For clients who were registered at Barnwell Road, your pet's records and care plans have automatically been transferred to the new practice.
If your pet is currently registered at Cambridge Beehive and you wish to use the facilities at our new practice at Bar Hill, please contact the practice on barnwellrelocation@vetsforpets.com and one of our friendly team will be in touch.
Appointments are now taking place at our new practice in Bar Hill.
New Clients
If you are not currently registered with either of our practices in Cambridge, but would like to register your pets at our new Bar Hill Vets for Pets, please contact our friendly team on barhill@vetsforpets.com or give our team a call on 01223 243535.
Our practice at Beehive remains open, should you prefer to register at a City Centre location.
