David Bull
Practice Owner & Veterinary Surgeon
BVSc CertAVP(GSAS) PgCertDent(WBIS) MRCVS
I graduated from the University of Liverpool in July 2007 and started my career at a mixed practice in Barnsley, South Yorkshire, treating all species. I moved into small animal practice two years later, working at a large first opinion and referral practice in West Yorkshire until opening Vets4Pets Lincoln South in February 2014.
I enjoy all aspects of small animal practice, but my main areas of interest are surgery and anaesthesia. To further these interests I have undertaken postgraduate training with a surgical bias and was awarded the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons Certificate in Advanced Veterinary Practice (General Small Animal Surgery) in 2014. I have also completed further training in small animal dentistry and have a Postgraduate Certificate in Professional Development in Small Animal Dentistry (Work Based and Integrative Studies), obtained in 2023.
Lucy and I met at university. We got married in July 2013 and moved to Lincoln to be closer to family in preparation for starting a family of our own and we now have two boys that keep us busy outside of work. We enjoy running our own practice and want to maintain a family feel to the surgery, whilst offering high clinical standards.

I graduated from the University of Liverpool in 2007 and moved to Leeds to work at a family run small animal practice. I am interested in general small animal medicine and surgery but have a stronger interest in medicine, particularly dermatology, cardiology and feline medicine. My favourite piece of equipment is my stethoscope! Used in nearly every consultation I do and one of the most valuable pieces of equipment we have in day to day practice. I am originally from Lincoln and returned here, with David, to open Vets4Pets Lincoln South in 2014. I am enjoying being back home in Lincolnshire and meeting our new clients and their pets!

Monika Bilewicz
Veterinary Surgeon
BVetMed MRCVS

I graduated from the University of Nottingham in 2024 and joined the wonderful team at Lincoln South in February 2025. I enjoy all aspects of my job with a particular interest in dermatology and surgery. I look forward to meeting and treating all of the wonderful patients here in Lincoln. Outside of work I am an avid sports fan and enjoy running and going to the gym to stay in shape.

I qualified as a Registered Veterinary Nurse in 2006 and graduated with BSc (Hons) Veterinary Nursing and Practice Management in 2007. I have worked in a variety of practices from general practice to a veterinary hospital, dealing with small animals, farm animals and horses. I have also worked with a variety of zoo animals such as lions and zebras. I joined Vets4Pets in June 2016 following maternity leave with my son and became Head Nurse in 2021 after having my daughter. I have a particular interest in animal behaviour, oral care and surgical nursing. I have completed the BVNA Certificate in Small Animal Behaviour and BVNA Oral Care Nursing. I have completed further training in Schedule 3 Surgical Procedures which allows me to carry out certain surgical procedures. At home, I have a cat called Oddi and my children’s pony named Robbie.

I joined Vets4Pets in November 2018. I am originally from Lincoln and have worked in a couple of practices in the area over the last 16 years. I qualified as a Registered Veterinary Nurse in 2013 after this being my chosen career since I was young. I completed my International Society of Feline Medicine Certificate in Feline Friendly Nursing in 2016. I have a keen interest in emergency and critical care and gained my certificate in ECC in 2020. Whilst not studying, I enjoy walking my Border Terrier, Piper, reading and playing tennis.

I joined Vets4Pets in July 2021, I have worked in a couple of practices in and around Lincoln. After many years of working in practices, I knew this was the career I wanted to pursue. I later graduated from university in 2019 with BSc (Hons) in Veterinary Nursing. I enjoy surgery and anaesthesia, in which I am completing some further studies. In my spare time, I enjoy socialising with my family and friends.

I joined Vets4Pets in January 2023. I qualified in 2017 with a FdSc degree in Veterinary Nursing, Since then I have worked at a variety of small animal practices before moving to Lincoln in 2020. I particularly enjoy consulting and medical nursing. In my spare time I like to spend my time travelling and spending time with friends and family. At home I have a naughty tortie called Amber.

I joined the Vets4Pets team in September 2020 after having completed the BTEC Level 3 Extended Diploma in Animal Management at Riseholme College. My future goal is to become a Registered Veterinary Nurse which has been my dream job for as long as I can remember. In my spare time I enjoy socialising with my friends and watching more Netflix than I would like to admit. I have a tabby cat called Heidi, who although has a major attitude, she is the love of my life.

I joined the Vets4Pets team in August 2022, after I graduated from the University of Lincoln where I studied bioveterinary science. Prior to this I studied animal management at Riseholme college. My future goal is to become a Registered Veterinary Nurse. In my spare time I enjoy baking, reading and spending quality time with my springer spaniels and dwarf cat dolly.

I became part of the Vets4Pets team in November 2018 to fulfil my dream of working with animals. I have a Level 3 diploma in Animal Management, which I gained from attending Riseholme College from 2013-2015. I then went to work abroad in Spain as a “gap year”… Three years later I decided to stay put in England. I became a receptionist at Vets4Pets because I just LOVE working with animals; getting cuddles off them all day every day is the best thing about my job.

I joined the Vets4Pets team in July 2024 after completing my degree in Bioveterinary Science at the University of Lincoln. Animals have always been a huge aspect of my life, and being able to meet so many pets every day is amazing! In my spare time I enjoy catching up with my friends and getting out for long walks with my two dogs.

I joined the Vets4Pets team in November 2024. I have always had a passion for animals which lead me to studying Animal Management at Riseholme College. During my free time I enjoy spending quality time with my friends and family and immersing myself in a book while enjoying the company of my cat.
