Vaccination Restart Offer Terms and Conditions​

Lapsed Vaccination Amnesty
​By redeeming the Lapsed Vaccination Amnesty offer you accept these Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”).​

The offer is promoted by Companion Care (Services) Limited, Epsom Avenue, Stanley Green Trading Estate, Handforth, Cheshire, SK9 3RN (the “Promoter”, “we”) and is available at participating Vets4Pets and Companion Care veterinary practices (a “Participating Practice”).

The Lapsed Vaccination Amnesty offer is for a re-start of the initial primary vaccination course for your cat and/or dog for the price of a booster vaccination (the “Offer”).

The Offer includes the initial primary vaccination course for your pet. The vaccines will be determined by the Participating Practice in its full clinical discretion.

In order to qualify for the Offer:

Your pet must be a cat or dog over the age of 16 weeks.

you must contact a Participating Practice between 23 July and midnight on 23 August 2020 to arrange an appointment.

your pet must have lapsed in its booster vaccinations. The Participating Practice will determine, in its entire clinical discretion, whether your pet’s booster vaccinations have lapsed based on your pet’s vaccination history.

You must register your pet or be registered at a Participating Practice. Your Participating Practice will need access to your pet’s full clinical notes before assessing whether your pet is suitable for the Offer.

The price for the Offer will be equivalent to the price of a booster vaccination as determined by the Participating Practice and will be due in full immediately at the time of your first appointment.  

Any additional consultation, further treatment, tests, examinations, procedures or medication are not included in the Offer and will be charged separately.

The Participating Practice will determine in its absolute clinical discretion whether and the extent to which any vaccinations will be carried out, which may depend (amongst other factors) on the medical history behaviour, temperament and cooperativeness of your pet.

The Promoter and the Participating Practice each reserve the right to refuse to accept a pet on the Offer for any reason it/they consider necessary.

Any appointments arranged for your pet as part of the Offer will be at the discretion of the Participating Practice and are offered subject to availability.

You should reference the Offer at the time of booking your appointment.

The Offer is non-transferable between pets.

The Offer is a non-refundable offer and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions.  

The Promoter reserves the right to alter these T&Cs from time to time or substitute any of them, as amended on the Promoter’s website, from time to time.

The Promoter and/or the Participating Practice reserves the right to stop offering the Offer at any time for any reason that it considers necessary.

If you are unhappy with the treatment or any aspect of your pet’s veterinary care, you should contact your vet.

These T&Cs are subject to English law and we submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
