Dr Maciej Juszczyk PhD
Practice Owner & Veterinary Surgeon
MRCVS, GP Advanced Certificate Small Animal Orthopaedic Surgeon, National (PL) Small Animal Surgery Specialist
Hello and welcome to, Caerphilly Vets4Pets! I am pleased to introduce myself as the Vet and Partner in Caerphilly. I am proud to be joining the community in this beautiful part of the country. Both my wife and I, along with our 3 young daughters, are very excited about this opportunity. Our aim is to treat your pets and ensure we make a difference in their lives. Our surgery has all the latest technology, such as an Ultrasound scanner with Colour Doppler, a digital X-Ray unit and separate spacious dog and cat wards. With 19 years of experience in veterinary medicine, I completed a Certificate of Specialisation in Small Animal Veterinary Medicine and a Certificate in Veterinary Surgery in Wroclaw, Poland. From the beginning of my career I was involved in research at the University of Wroclaw in Poland, at the Faculty Veterinary Medicine where I completed my Doctoral Dissertation in Veterinary Anatomy. Through my research and daily practice I noticed a strong need for a more complementary approach toward our patients, which naturally led me to develop an interest in holistic and regenerative medicine as well as stem cell therapy combined with orthopaedic procedures. In 2021 I completed an orthopaedics course - awarding me a General Practitioner Advanced Certificate in Small Animal Orthopaedic Surgery.
Outside of work I enjoy reading, sport and music as well as spending quality time with my family. Please join our friendly practice and great team. I look forward to meeting you and your pet very soon.

My name is Chloe, I have been a qualified Veterinary Nurse for the past four years. I really enjoy working with all the animals and treating every pet as if they were my own.
In my free time I enjoy riding my horse and taking long walks in the countryside and setting myself new challenges to undertake.

My name is Sara I have been a Registered Veterinary Nurse since 1996, I have also completed the Emergency and Critical Care course.
I have worked at Vets4pets since 2017 and am now part-time. I have a dog and a cat of my own at home.
I am most interested in the surgical part of the job and theatre nursing.

Hi, my name is Siobhan. I started here in February 2017 as a Student vet nurse completed my degree throughout lockdown and I am now a qualified Registered Nurse. I enjoy my job and every day is different. My favourite part of this job is laboratory and behaviour. I hold a certificate for animal behaviour and look forward to gaining more in the future. I have 3 of my own fur babies 2 dogs & a cat which I rescued a year ago. Outside of work I spend my time with my little girls exploring new places, enjoying walks, bike rides and quality time together.

Hello I'm Alison and I work as the Practice Manager at Caerphilly Vets4Pets, I joined the surgery in February 2017, after 27 years working in an accountancy firm, my background has been office based so when the opportunity arose to work in a completely different field I was excited for the new challenge. I have a Chihuahua named Teddy, he is a lovable rogue and a tortoise called Terry. I love travelling, reading and hiking, I'm at my happiest when I am on top of a mountain.

Hello, my name is Sky. I am currently a Student (SVN) at Caerphilly Vets4Pets. I have always wanted to work in the veterinary industry, and advocate for those who can’t do so themselves. I enjoy working with all animals, and the weird and wonderful cases they present. I have a particular interest in all things diagnostic imaging from a previous university degree. In my spare time I enjoy being outdoors and working with my own animals, including two horses, two dogs, a cat and my recently adopted rabbit Flint.

Hi my name is Amy, I started my placement at Vets4Pets Caerphilly in October 2023, I then joined the team part time in November 2023. I am now studying in Usk College as a student veterinary nurse and will qualify in 2026. I enjoy working with all animals and own two cats called Thor and Loki, in my spare time I enjoy making memories with my family and going on adventures.

My name is Milly and I have worked as a Receptionist here at Caerphilly Vets4Pets since October 2022.
As much as I enjoy greeting and chatting with all you lovely clients, the best part of the job is having a cwtch and playing with all of the different furry and scaly friends that come into the practice.
When I’m not taking care of insurance claims, appointments and our social media, my hobbies include adventuring with my elderly but much loved bichon frise and spending time with friends.

Hi my name is Debra and I started working at the practice in October 2024.
Vets4Pets Caerphilly is committed to bringing you affordable, high quality care via a modern, well equipped practice, including a lab, pharmacy, digital x-ray and ultrasound. Plus, on site car parking too!
