Michael Parry
Practice Owner & Veterinary Surgeon
I’m originally from Turin in the north-west of Italy. This is where I qualified as a vet after studying at the university of Turin. After graduating I worked in a 24 hr vet clinic for small animals in the emergency room. Over time I started working on surgeries and abdominal ultrasounds. I worked in Italy for 5 years before moving to Bristol in October 2017. I joined the practice in the same month and am really enjoying my time here. I am a big cat person and have three cats myself.”
I graduated from the University of Bristol in 2022 and have been working at Vets4Pets Filton ever since. I first came to the practice on one of my university placements and I loved the team and the facilities, so I was delighted to accept a job offer! I am originally from North Yorkshire but have decided to stay in the south for now, although you will frequently catch me teaching the team some northern phrases!I currently don’t have any pets but I would love to own a dog one day.In my free time I enjoy dancing, exploring the outdoors, and leading the youth group at my church.
I am a chartered physiotherapist specialising in animal physiotherapy. I have eight years of experience working as a physiotherapist for people in United Kingdom and in Greece. Working with animals was always my passion, which was the drive to start a master's degree to specialise in veterinary physiotherapy. I am currently working offering physiotherapy for animals and people and I am doing research for my dissertation. On my free time, I love spending time with my dog Sammy and travelling.

I’m Elena, one of the Veterinary Surgeons!
I am originally from Romania and graduated in 2014 from the University in Lasi with a bachelor's degree and a master's in small animals. Having worked with farm animals throughout my studies, I continued working with them after moving to the UK in 2017. I continued until 2018 and started working in a small animal practice.
I enjoy getting to know all of our clients and their pets when I see them for consultations. I have a strong interest in surgery and find it really rewarding and enjoyable!
I graduated from the University of Bristol in 2020 and have spent the last 3 years working back home in Wales. I have recently moved back to Bristol and am excited for this opportunity with Filton Vets4Pets.
I enjoy all aspects of GP veterinary work and have a keen interest in anything feline! I have a cat called Frank who I adore.
In my spare time I enjoy shopping, visiting coffee shops and reading.

I joined Filton Vets4Pets in 2013 as an animal care assistant. A year later I enrolled as a student veterinary nurse at Hartpury College and qualified in November 2017. I enjoy all aspects of nursing but have a keen interest in pain management and emergency & critical care.
In my spare time I love walking my two miniature dachshunds Frieda and Hilda.
Hi, my name is Jamie and I am a student veterinary nurse here at Filton Vets4Pets. I started as a veterinary care assistant in 2022 and started studying my diploma in September 2023. My goal is to become a registered veterinary nurse and study emergency critical care. I have a dachshund called Laila and 2 cats called Rex and Woody and a crested gecko! I always look forward to meeting all the animals that come in to see us at the practice.

I have grown up around a variety of animals. This has given me a love of all animals like snakes, lizards, birds, cats, dogs, horses and so many more!
I am currently studying towards my degree in veterinary nursing, which has always been a dream career for me! I love all the new challenges in practice which allow me to learn and grow every day!
I love seeing all the new fluffy, feathery, and scaly faces, and caring for your pets as if they were my own. You may have seen me around practice with my English Bulldog Bailey and my Doberman Dahlia (always known as Peewee!)
Hey! I’m Naomi, one of the registered veterinary nurses at Vets4pets Filton. I am originally from Hampshire but moved to Bristol in 2011 to complete my degree in Veterinary Nursing and Bio-Veterinary science at the University of Bristol. Since I graduated in 2015, I have been working in small animal practices and I have loved every minute of it! I love all aspects of being a vet nurse and getting to know our clients and their pets, treating them all as my own! You may not always see me out front as I mostly look after patients during surgeries in theatre. I have also developed an interest in dentistry and completed the oral care nurse certificate and love helping the vets with dental procedures. I have always had a strong love of animals from a young age and it was obvious there was only one career for me!
My name is Becky, I have a Bsc Hons degree in animal science and qualified as a veterinary nurse in 2017.
I have always loved animals and ever since I can remember wanted to be a veterinary nurse, this role is not only a privilege but a dream come true. When I am not working my time is taken up by my wonderful animals that I have rescued since being in practice, my Dachshund Evie, and my 3 cats, Franklin, Watson and Albert

I joined Vets4Pets in 2012 on the reception team and have gradually moved into the administration side of the practice - however I still enjoy seeing our clients for a chat at the desk!
I have a miniature Schnauzer called Devon, a standard Poodle called Jax, a Ragdoll cat called Benedict and a bearded dragon called Drogo.
The best aspect of working at Vets4Pets is meeting a diverse range of clients and their pets and being able to help them in some way.
I joined the reception team in 2018 after being a client for a long time before joining. I then progressed to practice administrator. I have since changed roles and am now a veterinary care assistant.
I have a keen interest in all animals and at home I have my dog Diesel, cat Anderson and my bearded dragon Scratchy (yes, he originally had a mate called Itchy!).
I love long walks exploring the countryside with my best friend Diesel, my Jack Russell.
I joined Vets4Pets in February 2020 as a receptionist after having worked in a vet practice previously and travelled New Zealand in 2019.
I joined Filton Vets4Pets as a receptionist in October 2020.
I have always had a keen interest in animals. After attending the University of South Wales, I studied level 3 animal care and later went on to complete my veterinary nursing assistant higher national diploma.
In my spare time I enjoy running, art, gaming and long walks with my three Whippets Diesel, Jinx & Wilson.
Ellie joined us as a receptionist in 2022. She has a beautiful Maine Coon cat named Kitty.

Charlotte joined us in July 2023 as our insurance administrator.
Charlotte has a pet hamster called Hiccup.
I joined the reception team in January 2024 after previously working at another practice and a rescue centre as an animal care assistant. I've been passionate about animals for as long as I can remember and now have a corn snake called Mowgli and a rescue dog called Messa! My favourite thing is helping the more nervous animals feel comfortable in our reception. I hope to eventually move on to becoming a VCA and then a student veterinary nurse in the future.
Eleanor joined our reception team in January 2024, she is enjoying her receptionist position.
Emily joined our reception team in October 2023 and has settled in really well. She has a gorgeous golden retriever, Archie. Emily says Archie is her twin in dog form!
