Barry qualified from University College, Dublin in 2003 and has worked in mixed practice, both north and south of the border until finally opening up his own clinic, along with wife Christina, here in 2012. He has a passion for all aspects of small animal practice with a particular interest in orthopaedic surgery. At home, he is busy with son Fox and looking after his two rescue goats. He is also allowed to share his home with 4 cats and a dog. He is also a keen reader and enjoys cycling and painting.

Sarah graduated from the University of Liverpool in 2019. She previously worked as a mixed vet in a busy practice in Lurgan and a small animal practice in Newry before joining Vets4Pets in 2022.

Sarah enjoys all aspects of small animal practice and has a particular interest in Dermatology and medicine. 

Sarah is married to Richard and they have two dogs, Alfie and Arlo. She also enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing in the silver band of which she has been a member for 21 years, spending time outdoors, crafting and she also loves a quiz!

Christina is a qualified Vet Nurse who trained at the University College Dublin. She has over 20 years experience in nursing and has worked in both small animal and mixed practice before opening up the Lisburn surgery with husband Barry in 2012. She loves all aspects of her job but has a particular interest in behaviour, welfare and rehoming. She has fostered and rehomed many animals in the past. Outside of work, she is kept busy with her son Fox and her own pets, which includes 4 cats, 2 goats and of course, Brian the dog!

In 2007 she graduated from University College, Dublin with a BSc in Zoology, following this she went on and achieved a MSc in Animal Behaviour and Welfare from Queens University Belfast. She has extensive experience working with animals and has volunteered in rescue centres across the country. She has been with the practice since opening in 2012 and became a qualified nurse in 2016. She enjoys socialising and going to the gym and has a dog called Bert.

Chloe worked as an animal nursing assistant for 4 years before starting her veterinary nursing course. She has now finished her final year of veterinary nursing at greenmount and is a fully qualified Veterinary nurse. She loves being involved in orthopaedic surgery and being able to help nurse an animal back to full health. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her family and walking her Labradoodle Poppy.

Kala enjoys all aspects of the job but in particular caring for inpatients and nursing them back to health. 

At home, Kala has a horse called Molly, Cookie the dog and Tori the cat. In her spare time she enjoys horseriding and listening to Justin Bieber.

Outside work, she loves walking and socialising and spending time with her family.

We have a very friendly and close knit team of genuine animal lovers who will provide the very best of care to your pets. We take pride in providing a no fear approach when handling our patients, ensuring each visit is as stress free as possible.

Our vets and nurses are all highly qualified with a vast range of experience. We offer a wide range of services alongside our routine consultations and surgery.
