Meet the Stoke Festival Park Vet team

Cat Roach JVP

Cat Roach BVetMed MRCVS

Veterinary Surgeon and Practice Owner

I graduated from the Royal Veterinary College, London in 2004. Since then I have worked in several practices and have even done some locum work in Stoke and Cheshire. I have a keen interest in soft tissue surgery. I live with my dog Kira (who was my graduation present from my parents) and my four cats, all of whom were abandoned but I fell in love with them while I was treating them. Two are missing legs and one is missing an eye but they all look beautiful to me. In my spare time I paint and play the flute and guitar.

Veterinary Nurse and Practice Owner

I studied Veterinary Nursing at Myerscough Collage in Preston. In practice I enjoy radiography, unblocking cats, and suturing wounds. My favourite piece of kit is the digital X-Ray. When I entered the veterinary world 14 years ago, I never thought that I would be able to have my very own practice. However a chance encounter with a locum vet paved the way for my future. Pointing me in the direction of Vets4Pets and their JVP team.

I am married to Felicity and have a beautiful daughter Emily. My main hobby is photography, in which I have a BA(hons) degree.

I am a married mum of 2 and I have been a full time mum since 2004.  I have lots of experience in reception work and customer service. I recently did voluntary reception work at a local hospice, before beginning my employment with Vets4Pets.

My hobbies and interests are listening to most types of music, reading (a variety of genres), and anything to do with my family.

Currently, I don't have any pets but I did have a lovely Bullmastiff dog in the past called Sasha. I like all types of animals - they all bring something different to a family.

I have worked in the veterinary industry for 8 years as a Veterinary Receptionist.  As first point of contact, I enjoy interacting with the general public and building a rapport with clients and their pets.

I am a married mum of two boys, William & George. I have a 12 year old German Shepherd cross named Homer and an 10 year old Rabbit named Rupert.

My hobbies include going to the cinema, theme parks and going on family camping holidays with my husband and two children.

I feel very excited to be part of Vets4pets 250th practice and look forward to meeting our clients and their pets.

Veterinary Nurse

I qualified as a Veterinary Nurse in 2002 and still find the job very challenging, yet rewarding. Having gained my A1 Assessor Certificate I have a keen interest in student training & support. I enjoy all areas of nursing, but canine behaviour fascinates me and I would love to further my qualifications in this area.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband and three children with family caravan holidays and theme parks being a favourite.

We currently have a 10 year old cat called Nyah and hopefully will be looking to get a puppy sometime in the future.

Veterinary Nurse

I qualified as a Veterinary Nurse in 2010. I particularly love theatre work and taking xrays, and love meeting clients and their pets.

Outside of work I have a beautiful baby who takes up most of my time but we love going for long walks with our boxer dog. We also have a rescue cat, Florence, who loves to cause trouble and is lots of fun.
