I have been working as a vet for over 20 years now, having qualified from the University of Liverpool back in 2001.

I opened Swindon Vets4Pets (then Companion Care) in May 2010, and the practice has gone from strength to strength since then. I am so proud of my amazing team, and I know that they strive to do the best they can every single day.

I enjoy all aspects of small animal medicine and surgery, and I am extremely passionate about offering complete cradle-to-grave care. I love seeing my patients grow, forming strong relationships with them and their owners, and caring for them as they get older. I am very lucky to have such a rewarding job.

I have three dogs at home — a Saluki Lurcher called Pablo, a Whippet called Clover, and an English Bulldog called Coco. They are all rescues with their own stories to tell. I thoroughly enjoy spending time with them and the rest of my family. When I get the opportunity, I love to travel — meeting new people, trying new foods, and getting up close to the local wildlife.

I graduated as a veterinary surgeon in Chile back in 2015, and since then I have travelled and lived in a variety of countries, working in a wide range of industries.

I came to the UK in 2019 to complete my Master’s degree in Wildlife and Conservation, and I obtained my membership of the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons in July 2023.

In my free time, I enjoy cycling and cuddling up on the sofa with my cat, Kiwi.

Having previously worked as an accountant and living in Essex all my life, I was looking for a new challenge.

I joined Vets4Pets Swindon in Summer 2021.

I graduated from the University of Liverpool with a degree in Psychology back in 1997. I also completed my PGCE at the University of Chester in 2000.

I’ve been lucky to have a wide variety of jobs over the years. I’ve worked as a kitchen hand, a barman, a care assistant, an advertising salesman, a primary and nursery school teacher, and most recently as a technology journalist. I also used to run a successful eBay business from home, refurbishing and selling retro video games.

In my spare time, I enjoy watching movies, reading, metal detecting, travelling, spending time with my family, and caring for our three dogs.

I joined the team in October 2022, having previously spent thirteen years working as a receptionist in a leisure centre and then as a wards technician at another veterinary hospital. I've always loved animals and am considering working towards veterinary nursing.

I was a dancer for many years from a young age, travelling the country for various competitions and shows--even competing in the All England Dance finals--so dancing has always been close to my heart.

I've lived in Swindon my whole life, and when I'm not out exploring with my partner and our kids, I can be found in the kitchen cooking up tasty treats or snuggled up with our four cats!

At Vets4Pets Swindon, we treat every one of our patients as if they were our own.

Established in 2010, we have a wealth of experience across our clinical, nursing, VCA and admin teams. We are a fully-equipped, modern vet practice, including in-house lab, pharmacy, digital x-ray, ultrasound, endoscopy, and sterile operating theatre.

In addition to the expertise offered by our own in-house vet team, we have specialists in areas such as orthopedics and ophthalmology that come into our clinic on a regular basis.

Building a strong partnership with our clients is key to how we work. Together we can help you make the right decisions for your pet.

We know that your pets are part of your family. And we want you to feel like part of our family too.
