Meet the team
Liz has over 30 years’ experience, she has worked in small animal practices in the UK, Hong Kong and Australia after qualifying at Bristol University. She has a Certificate in Small Animal Surgery, and has a keen interest in challenging surgical cases. Liz enjoys going rock climbing, running marathons and is a qualified Scuba Diving Instructor. Liz has a little girl called Izzi!
Alex graduated from The University of Nottingham and joined us in 2016. She has a cheeky Sprocker called Bertie and a very naughty cat called Billy who came in to us as a stray! She has a special interest in internal medicine cases and enjoys riding her shared horse, Mabel, and going out for dinner in her free time.
Silvia qualified in Bologna, Italy in 2015 and has a keen interest in emergency cases, achieving the Certificate in Emergency and Critical Care medicine in 2021.
She has a crazy 3 year old cat called Frank, and her boxer, Tazio, lives in Italy with her parents. In her spare time she enjoys photography, climbing and live music.

Veterinary Surgeon
Kerry joined us as our Head Nurse in 2016 and has been nursing for 19 years. She is now our Head Nurse/Practice Manager! She has 2 boys called Max and Eli. She has 2 dogs called Oscar and George, and two rescue animals that came in as strays to our practice, – a cat called Terry and a Tortoise called Richard! In Kerry's spare time she does voluntary work on farms, and goes clay Pigeon shooting. Her biggest weakness is German Shepherds, she loves them! Kerry has a certificate in ‘Wound Management’, and a keen interest in Emergency and Critical Care.
Michelle qualified in 2015 and joined us in December 2018 . She has a keen interest on surgery and enjoys working with reptiles. Michelle has three cats called Snowflake, Sebastian and Willow. She enjoys spending family time with her 2 boys and partner, and in what spare time she gets, she really enjoys baking!
Holly qualified as a Registered Veterinary Nurse in 2019 and now has achieved her BSc(hons) in veterinary nursing. She joined us in May 2019. She enjoys all aspects of nursing, but has a particular interest in surgery. Holly has 4 cats called Missy, Smudge, Arwen and Myrtle and a german shepherd called Mya. In her spare time she enjoys reading, painting and spending time outdoors with friends and family.

Louise joined us in February 2018 after working in the NHS for 26 years. Louise enjoys meeting clients and their lovely pets. She has a basset hound named Fred, and a cat called Poppy who Louise rescued after she came to us as a stray! She has a new stray kitten called Pip who she has just taken on, he is just 9 weeks old.
Jo joined the team in August 2020. She enjoys looking after her grandchild and has 3 cats called Pudding, Pebbles and Guiness. In her spare time she enjoys crafts like knitting and crochet.
