Nathan Fordham

Nathan Fordham

Veterinary Surgeon & Owner

I graduated from Liverpool University in 2005 and then spent a year in a mixed practice in Dolgellau, North Wales before heading south to Cardiff to work for the UK's biggest animals' charity, the PDSA. While there, as I am particularly interested in orthopaedics surgery, I further studied to get a general practitioner's certificate in surgery.

After meeting my wife, I moved up to Manchester and since then have worked in a number of practices around the North West.  I wanted a new challenge and now this is the opportunity for me to open my own practice at Vets4Pets Altrincham.

In my spare time I enjoy travelling, as well as snowboarding and kitesurfing: my favourite spot is Tarifa, in the South of Spain. We don't have pets at the moment but, having just bought a house, it's just a question of time.

Veterinary Nurse

Animals have always been a passion of mine which is why I chose veterinary nursing as my career. I’ve previously worked in a multi referral hospital for 6 years where I trained, qualifing in January 2013. I have a keen interest in emergency treatment and medical nursing.

Currently I have a dog, Jack, and have just became the owner of two very cute Degu's, Dick and Dom

I have been brought up on a farm, so animals have always been a big part of my life. Because my job in the surgery is so diverse and exciting, I would like to further my knowledge of animal care in the future! In my free time, I horse ride and spend time with my French Bulldog Chester.

Eleanor Pass

I have a special interest in Behaviour and Welfare and also hold the coape advanced diploma in behaviour and training in companion animals and BSc (hons) degree in Animal Behaviour and Welfare.

I used to do a lot of animal charity fundraising at my old Pets at Home store and have done over 15 weeks voluntary work at an animal shelter.
