I am Lydia, a trainee VCA, I hope to qualify early this year, and then go onto train as a Veterinary Nurse.

Working in a Veterinary Practice has been something I have always wanted to do since a young age, and I am loving every part of my role.I have also completed my Level 2 Animal Management which helped me gain experience with all types of animals. I have also worked in kennels, catteries and rescue centres. At home I have a Rabbit named Bumble and 3 mad cats!

Client Care Advisor

Hi! I’m Sofie and I am one of the Client Care Advisors. I grew up on a farm in Sweden, and my love for animals developed early. I’m loving every minute that I get to spend with my team and our lovely clients.

In Sweden I chose to study Psychology at College, but have since decided to pursue my dream to one day become a Veterinary Nurse or Care Assistant.

I love getting to speak another language every day and find it to be a good challenge for me, as I love languages.

I also studied German and Swedish Sign Language at School.

In my spare time I enjoy going on long walks in Ashridge with my husband and 3 year old Border Terrier Tirzah.

Tirzah means ‘She is my delight’, and she certainly knows it too!

It is my pleasure to be able to help you and your lovely pets out here at the surgery.
