Cardiff Ely Vets4Pets Hannah Paley

Hannah Paley

Owner &Veterinary Surgeon

I graduated in 2012 from the University of Veterinary Medicine at Kosice in Slovakia having previously studied a degree in biomedical science at Cardiff University.

I have worked for Vets4Pets in a very busy 2-3 vet practice for the last 2 and a half years and am excited to get the chance to open my own in a city that I love.

I take pride in getting to know all my clients and their pets and having a friendly, approachable practice. I enjoy all aspects of veterinary medicine, particularly surgery and undertake many hours of continued education in order to be able to offer the most current diagnostic and treatment options. Most importantly, I believe that preventive medicine is the cornerstone to having happy, healthy, long lived pets.

I have four Siamese cats, Reuben, Ronnie, Mildred and Maude so I don’t have the most peaceful home life. They say a Siamese can cry at the same pitch as a human baby! Reuben came with me from Slovakia, Ronnie from Southampton and the girls are rescues from the Cats Protection. Some say that this qualifies me as a crazy cat lady but I think that being a vet gives me a good excuse!

In my spare time I am a keen cyclist and have taken part in numerous charity rides including the London-Paris for the RNLI.

Receptionist & Veterinary Care Assistant

Hi I’m Chelsea and I’m a Receptionist and Veterinary Care Assistant.

I'm completely head over heels in love with my little Shih Tzu Charlie. The best thing about working in a veterinary practice is meeting all your furry babies! I've wanted to become a veterinary nurse since I was a little girl and I'm hoping to undergo my training in the near future. Outside of work I love travelling all over Wales and watching Game of Thrones (obsessed).

Cardiff Ely Vets4Pets Jessica Lowrence

Jessica Lowrence

Hi my name’s Jess and I'm the Receptionist here at Vets4Pets Cardiff Ely! I've worked as a receptionist at Vets4Pets since 2011 having previously worked at the Bolton practice but I am lucky to have joined the Cardiff Ely branch from the beginning.

I love seeing animals come into the practice for cuddles and love chatting to everyone over the phone and in practice.

I have a Netherland Dwarf rabbit called Chip and he’s my pride and joy! In my spare time I love watching Game of Thrones and playing computer games but mostly spending time with my bunny Chip.

I look forward to meeting you all and having a natter and of course cuddling your pets.
