Annette Walter BVetMed MRCVS
Veterinary Surgeon and Partner
I have lived in Hertfordshire most of my life, attending schools in the Welwyn-Hatfield area before training as a vet at the Royal Veterinary College. I quickly decided small animal practice was my true interest and after graduating in 2006 took up my first position on the South Coast. Work has since taken me to many areas of the UK and having experienced a wide range of veterinary surgeries through locum work, I decided to branch out on my own and was lucky enough to get the chance to do this in my home county. At home I have two mischievous degus to keep me busy devising new ways to occupy and keep them out of trouble.
When I’m not working I enjoy skiing, dancing, badminton, and my greatest love, sailing. I have competed in dinghy racing regularly at my local club since the age of 13 and also race on the Open Circuit during the summer, which takes me all over the country.
