Tim Guyott BVM BVS MRCVS

Veterinary Surgeon and Joint Venture Partner

I graduated in 2015 from Nottingham Vet School and joined the partnership of Ilkeston Vets4Pets in 2018.

Although I enjoy all aspects of veterinary medicine my main professional interests include soft tissue surgery, dentistry, ultrasound imaging and working up medicine cases.

I currently share my home with two rescue cats called Summer and Luna who keep me busy!

Michelle Lee RVN

Owner and Veterinary Nurse

I qualified as a Veterinary nurse in 1998 at a mixed practice in Derbyshire.

During the last 17 years, I have gained valuable experience from working emergency out of hours to general practice.

For the last five years I have worked for a large charity organisation, but I now look forward to a new challenge of helping to set up a new Vets4Pets surgery in Ilkeston.

I love all animals and find them fascinating. I currently have a rabbit called Patches Quilt, two Guinea pigs called Fudge Pancake and Our Kev. I have two favourite famous animals, Pluto the dog and Shaun the sheep.

Out of work I am married to Mark and have two children Adam and Katie. I like holidays, reading, cinema, and going out for meals. Working for Vets4Pets will enable me to use my skills and knowledge to help and educate pet owners in the community.

Favourite animal and why?

Sorry can't really decide, love them all but if my life depended on it, probably cats.

What pets do you have and what are their names?

2 cats, Billie Whizz and Stompy (who was born blind) and 2 horses, Sam and Barmy Barnie.

What is the best pet's name you have ever come across?

A snake called "For Goodness".

What is your favourite famous animal?

On TV, the talking horse Mr. Ed (showing my age there), in real life, the showjumper Ftot du Chateau.

What is the best thing about working for Vets4Pets?

Being given support from a friendly large organisation but also given the freedom to do what we feel is best for the client and their pet.

Emily Tindall RVN

Registered Veterinary Nurse

I'm Emily, I qualified in 2017 with a Foundation Degree in Veterinary Nursing. I have a particular interest in Exotics and Wildlife but I love pretty much all animals (except spiders!). I hope to one day complete the City & Guilds Diploma in Exotic Animals.

At home I have a border terrier called Rufus, two cats (Charlie and Willow), two giant african land snails (Clytie and Sheena), two hermanns tortoise (Flower and Baby), a crested gecko called Honey and many, many fish which I won't try to name!

When I'm not at work I like reading, gaming, adventuring with my partner Aiden and practicing my pet photography - although I'm pretty sure Rufus is sick of posing for me now!

I look forward to seeing you all on your next visit!

Registered Veterinary Nurse

Hi I’m Kim and I qualified as a Registered Veterinary Nurse in July 2017 from Nottingham Trent University. I joined the Ilkeston Vets4Pets family in March 2018 and consider myself so lucky to work with such an amazing and supportive team.

I have a special interest in feline medicine and hope to one day complete an ISFM Diploma in Feline Nursing.

I always look forward to nurse consults as I get to meet such interesting people and their fur babies.

When I’m not at work I enjoy baking for my family, swimming, going to gym classes and spending time with my fiancé Kristian and my beautiful cat Archie.

Beth Lee

Student Veterinary Nurse

I’m currently studying BSc (Hons) Veterinary Nursing and Practice Management at Harper Adams University but doing my practical training here at Vets4Pets Ilkeston. I’m enjoying all aspects of the job but in particular I love nurse consults as I get to interact with the animals and their owners.

I have an interest in pain management and want to qualify as a hydro therapist once I’ve finished my degree. At home, I have a cat called Miesha. I also have aspirations to travel to different destinations on weekend breaks to see the different sites and try the cuisine.

I’m looking forward to meeting all of our clients and their pets over the next year whilst I’m on placement!

Ilkeston Vets4Pets Sarah

Sarah Wilkinson

Senior Customer Care Advisor

My Name is Sarah Wilkinson and I have been a Client Care Advisor here at Ilkeston Vets4Pets since it opened in March 2015.

My husband and I share a home with two dogs named Gucci and Fudge. I have a son named Leo whom I enjoy spending my time, doing things that 5 year old boys enjoy such as theme parks, family days out and activities that involve getting dirty! Leo adores Gucci and Fudge, and they enjoy their walks with him.

In my spare time, I enjoy meals/drinks out, theatre and spa days with my friends.

Ellie Bottomley

Customer Care Advisor

I started as a Client Care Advisor with Ilkeston Vets4Pets in February 2019, after joining the Vets4Pets group the previous year. I have a degree in Animal Behaviour and Welfare, and I’ve always wanted to work either hands-on with animals or helping them in some way through conservation or welfare groups. I lived in South Africa for three and a half years, where I worked for a whale, dolphin and penguin watching company, whilst doing research on the endangered African penguin.

I now live back in Nottingham, and have two doggies at home. Mouse (who I brought back from South Africa), and Sally. In my spare time I volunteer for The Wildlife Trusts, and enjoying going to ice hockey games. Let’s go Panthers!
