Louise Kelly MA VetMB GPCert(SAS) MRCVS

Veterinary Surgeon and Surgery Partner

I graduated from Cambridge University in 2004 and have worked in a variety of small animal practices since. I have a special interest in surgery and hold the general practice small animal surgery certificate. I opened the Vets4Pets Lancaster practice in December 2013 with the aim to create a surgery that is a welcoming place both you and your animal family to visit, and where you can receive first rate veterinary care.

Away from the veterinary world, I am a keen triathlete and can often be found swimming, cycling or running in our wonderful surrounding countryside.

Veterinary Nurse and Surgery Partner

I qualified as a veterinary nurse in 2002 and have gained a variety of experience in small animal first opinion, emergency and referral centres. When I am not working I am being a mum to my ten year old son and due my second child in January. I also have two cats and five tortoises and enjoy caring for them very much.

I feel privileged to be a partner of this practice, my main role here is practice manager but I still get to do a bit of nursing which will always be my passion.

Catherine Farrell Receptionist Lancaster Vets4Pets

Catherine Steen

Client Care Manager

Hi everyone my name is Catherine and I'm one of the receptionist here at Vets4Pets Lancaster. Originally from the Lake District but I have lived here in Morecambe for over 10 years now. I'm happily married with 4 funny children and one bossy guinea pig called Jonathan! If having 4 kids wasn't enough I decided to return to work and this role was the perfect one for me. I have many favourite animals including guinea pigs, rabbits and meerkats - not just because of the adverts though! I’m really excited to be working in a practice where everyone is so passionate about what they do and I can’t wait to see lots of animals come into our surgery and hopefully some unique ones too, that I have never seen before. We look forward to seeing you here and I can promise a warm welcome awaits you and your pet will be treated as if it’s one of our own.
