I knew, since the age of 5, that I was going to be a Vet. My passion for animals started with horses, then I witnessed a dog being hit by a car and was very lame, running away from me. I did not know how to help, which was very frustrating. I graduated University in Poland in 2005 and came straight to the UK. After several months of training and upgrading my qualifications, then two years post-graduation studies, I started working for Vets4Pets in Poole. I left Poole in 2015 to work closer to home at Vets4Pets Southampton. I thoroughly enjoyed my time there but an opportunity to open my own Practice, here in Cornwall, was too tempting to pass up. I have always wanted to run my own practice, and have had many lovely holidays in Cornwall, so to be able to live and work here is like a dream come true. Since we opened in January 2017, it has been challenging but very rewarding. I am very lucky to have a great team around me, making sure we offer the best care for our clients & their pets.

Since leaving school I have worked with animals, starting at a local donkey sanctuary this then lead me into veterinary nursing and I qualified as a registered veterinary nurse in 2016. I began with Launceston V4P's in 2018 and I have since gone on and carried out my clinical supervisor training meaning I can help our student veterinary nurse's in gaining their qualifications.

My spare time is also filled with animals either spending time and riding my 2 horses JJ and Finley or walking my 3 dogs Freddie, Stanley (springer spaniels) and Willow (jack russell).

Cornish born and bred, I love living near the sea; spending most of my time walking the local coastal paths and I wouldn’t change it for the world! I currently have one cat, Leo and a Beauceron puppy Otis.
Though challenging at times, I enjoy greeting the clients and meeting their pets.
I hope to see you soon!!

I have had a passion for animals since I was young and was always helping out with our animals and with both of my grandparents Beef and Dairy farms. After I left school I went on to learning Animal Management at Duchy College where I completed Level 2 and 3. I have recently completed my final year of FdSc Veterinary Nursing where I thoroughly enjoyed working with the wonderful Launceston Vets4Pets team, which I have learnt so much from already. In my spare time I enjoy meeting up with friends and family and walking my two dogs Fudge (Sprocker) and Tonka (Springer Spaniel).

Having previously worked with children teaching Gymnastics, I wanted to change career and work in an environment more centred around animal health and welfare. One of my biggest passions is rescuing and rehabilitating hedgehogs. I also like to keep active in my spare time and enjoy swimming and playing netball.
I'm thoroughly enjoying working with such a friendly team and love getting to know the clients and their pets.
