My name is Sameer Bheda. I am one of the Joint Venture Partner at Vets4Pets Leicester Fosse Park and Vets4Pets Leicester Beaumont Leys. I have been at the practice since opening in November 2010. I graduated from the University of Zimbabwe in June 2002. I have worked in different aspects of the profession but my interest lies in orthopaedic surgery. Professionally I enjoy helping to make a difference in the quality of lives of all the pets we see and also enjoy the varied case load daily. I am married with 3 children. Outside of work my time is spent with them and I enjoy playing squash. I have 2 cats called Sophie and Cleric.

My name is Shabbir Shariff. I am one of the Joint Venture Partner at Vets4Pets Leicester Fosse Park and Vets4Pets Leicester Beaumont Leys. I have been at the practice since opening in November 2010. I graduated from the University of Pretoria in November 2008. My interests lies in feline medicine and laser therapy. I enjoy helping the various pets (cats, dogs, rabbits, guinea pigs, rats, degus, gerbils and hamsters) we see daily. I am married to my lovely wife Sumera. We have a cat and hamster called Smudge and Rascal. My hobbies include doing a lot of DIY and tinkering with cars. I also enjoy playing basketball, badminton, watching formula 1 and movies.

Originally graduated from Spain in 2022. I am very keen in diagnostic imaging and internal medicine. I am passionate about my job and in my free time, I enjoy hiking, reading and playing the guitar.

I studied in Portugal and I have a real passion in Ophthalmology, Feline Medicine and Animal Behaviour. Outside of work, I really enjoy walks on nature, visit parks and museums and reading some books. I have two cats, called Penelope and Peanut, and I also love to spend time with them at home.

Originally from Hong Kong, I moved to Slovakia to study Veterinary Medicine in 2012, where I have also spent six years practicing falconry. Upon graduation, I have worked at Vets4Pets Leicester Fosse Park for 2 years. I have then left and worked at Pride Veterinary Centre as a first opinion exotics vet for a year. After that I worked at an independent practice up north with a heavy exotics caseloads for another year, before returning to Fosse Park.

My greatest passion is for reptiles. Back in my hometown I have five red eared sliders, one of which has been part of my life for over two decades. In the UK, I keep and breed electric blue day geckos plus several different species of pet cockroaches. I also have 1 western hognose snake, 2 glass frogs and 3 pet chickens. In 2022, I have adopted an elderly cat called Joëlle, who's been part of our family since.

Apart from looking after my animals, I also enjoy drawing, crocheting toys, collecting exotic plants, playing video games and traveling.

I have worked in veterinary medicine since 1989 and despite being a reasonably accomplished fencer and a Black Belt 2nd Dan martial arts instructor, without a doubt one of the proudest moments of my life was becoming a qualified veterinary nurse in 1993.

I am also a clinical coach so this means I have the privilege of passing on my knowledge and experience to student nurses and therefore play a role in shaping the future of veterinary nursing by ensuring that my high standards of patient care are continued.

I have a keen interest in anaesthesia and surgical work but my main compassion is with our feline companions. I currently have 6 of my own (hazard of the job!). I am constantly educating the team on best cat interaction and handling techniques as well as working together towards achieving an accredited silver cat friendly clinic award via the ISFM.

I started my vet nursing career in 2006 and have worked in many different practices since. I have an interest in physiotherapy, raw feeding and exotic animals having also completed a city and guilds certificate in exotic nursing. I am a clinical coach for students in our practice. I am the proud owner of a bulldog, two cats, chickens, ducks and tortoises.

My name is Gemma Scales, I qualified as a Registered Veterinary Nurse in April 2018, but I have been in Veterinary for over 5 years. I have been with the practice since March 2016, I love every aspect of my job, especially when I am consulting so I get to interact with clients and their lovely pets.

At home, I enjoying playing a range of different sports such as hockey and rounders. I also love spending time with my fiancé, my twin baby girls and my crazy Border Collie Fidget.

I qualified as a registered veterinary nurse in 2020 having been a student at Fosse Park since 2018. I am interested in anaesthesia and laboratory work and will be pursuing further education in these area to expand my knowledge and capabilities as a nurse.

In my free time I enjoy spending time with friends and my partner, I also dedicate a lot of time and love to my 4 year old cat Beans, and my partners miniature schnauzer Tommy.

My name is Alex Garland and I started in February 2018. In September 2020 I started my course to become a Student Veterinary Nurse which I have now completed and have become a qualified Veterinary Nurse. I love that our job has so much variety and everyday is a learning day. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with friends and family, going on adventures with my boyfriend and having fuss and cuddles with my three cats, Connie, Edith and Link.

I've been working at the practice since June 2019, I started out as a receptionist, moved on to becoming a Kennel Assistant and since began my Student Nursing Course.

Since a young age I've always wanted to work with animals and so my role has become my life long dream.

I currently own two snakes, two tarantulas and a pooch called Millie. 

I have worked at a Veterinary Practice since 1995 and qualified as a Registered Veterinary Nurse in 1998. Recently I have moved into a Practice Manager Role here at Vets4Pets, Fosse Park. 

Outside of work I enjoy walking my 3 dogs and doing agility with 2 of them, competing my Horse, gardening and spending time with family & friends. 

My name is Kirsty and I was employed as a Receptionist / Kennel Assistant for Vets4Pets, Fosse Park in September 2018. After 7 months, I decided to leave my job to go travelling around Australia. I returned back as a Receptionist in July 2020, and have since become the Head Receptionist of a lovely team. 

I have a very spoilt Cockapoo called Ralph and enjoy taking him on lots of adventures. When I am not out walking, you can find me with friends & family or baking. 

I joined Vets4Pets in January 2021 and I am used to work customer service roles. Outside of work I enjoy holidays, history and cooking. I also spend time with my grandchildren and family when I can.

Although I have only worked at vets4pets since January 2021 I absolutely my job. I am a huge animal lover and have been a vegetarian for 13 years and vegan for the last 3. I have two children and 3 chihuahuas whom I absolutely adore. I am really enjoying getting to know all the regular patients and am always happy to have a little chat.

I joined Vets4Pets in October 2021 as a Receptionist. I have always had a passion for animals having a qualification in Animal Management. I am enjoying my time here, meeting all clients and their pets that come into practice. I currently have a 1 year old cat called Luna who I raised from very young. In my spare time I like to spend time with my family and friends.

I started working as a Veterinary Receptionist for Vets4Pets in 2017. In 2022 I qualified with The British Veterinary Receptionist Association as a Registered Veterinary Receptionist.

I am a very proud Pug Mum, she is super spoilt and comes everywhere with me.

My name is Lucy and I joined Vets4Pets in February 2023 as a Receptionist. I have always loved animals and this role has given me the opportunity to meet and greet every pet coming in to the practice. I have a soft spot for all dogs especially Staffordshire Bull Terriers.

I'm Lois, I joined Vets4Pets in December 2023 as a Receptionist. I am enjoying meeting all the lovely clients and their pets! I have 2 Chihuahuas and a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel which I treat like babies. 

I have been working as a Receptionist since 2019 as I really enjoy working with Animals, however since March 2022 I have recently changed roles and became a Kennel Assistant. Big Dogs are my favourite of all, and in my spare time I love to take my own dog, Kali out for walks and help look after two Dogue De Bordeaux named Ruby and Missy. 

I joined Vets4Pets in December 2023 as a Kennel Assistant. Working within the Veterinary industry has always been my goal! I've enjoyed working with the Vet and Nursing team, learning new things everyday and taking care of patients. I have two family pets, Akira an American Akita and Lyla and American Bulldog; both very spoilt and loved. 

I started here as a Kennel Assistant in December 2023; this was the beginning of the long-held goal to move into a career within Animal Care. I've had family pets of my own for as long as I can remember, so know just how much our companion animals can mean to us. Outside of work I enjoy wandering in nature, dancing and aerial arts, gaming, cinema & baking sweet treats. 

I've been part of the Vets4Pets Leicester Fosse Park team since September 2011 where I started as a receptionist. I have a grey domestic shorthaired cat called Smudge. I love seeing all your fur babies especially when they are happy and healthy.
