Meet the Letchworth vet team

Daniela Jessen JVP Letchworth

Daniela Jessen BSc, MSc

Joint Venture Partner

Hi I am Daniela Jessen. I have a BSc and MSc in biochemistry from Tel Aviv University. I graduated with honours in 2009 from the University of veterinary medicine and pharmacology in Kosice Slovakia. Since then I have been working in clinics in Israel.

At home, I have 3 rescue cats; cats are my personal favourite, there seems to be a mutual understanding between us that works well. I also love Rats they would be my second favourite animal. In my spare time I enjoy Pilates and keeping fit.

After a long road of seeking a great opportunity to start our own business, we ran into the JVP option from Vets4Pets. It seemed to be the best option for us and after some more time of thinking and analysing I decided to go for it.

We can’t wait to meet all of our lovely new clients and their pets!

Veterinary Surgeon

My family and I are originally from France, we immigrated to Israel when I was 8 years old and I have been living there since for most of my time. Since a young age I have been a very keen musician, playing the guitar, keyboards and ukulele (which I also build).

Prior to vet school I studied Chinese medicine for 4 years. I then went on to study in Slovakia for 6 years at vet school where I graduated. Since then I have been travelling around the world quite a lot, also working as a vet in different countries such as; Hong Kong, Cook Islands and Grenada, mainly for charity organisations.

I have a strong passion for travelling. Some of the places I have travelled include China, Thailand, Laos, India and Vietnam. At home I have 3 cats, 2 females with one eye, and one boy, all neutered! Like Daniela, cats are my personal favourite.
