Vets4Pets will send out surveys to you after your appointment with us. We really welcome all honest feedback, good and bad, so that we can continually improve our service.
If you have had a negative experience at our practice then we advise you to firstly speak with the person who you were dealing with; as this can be the quickest and easiest way of resolving the problem. However, if you do not wish to do this, or you remain dissatisfied then it can be referred to our Client and Team Care Manager who will formally look into the matter. We do have our own local complaints procedure to ensure complaints are followed up appropriately and dealt with. (A copy of the procedure is available upon request).
