Reception

Introducing our modern and light, air-conditioned reception area for you and your pet’s comfort. Our friendly receptionists are always on hand to answer your questions and help you and your pet feel relaxed and welcome.

Consulting Room.jpg

Consulting Rooms

To promote a calm environment, we provide separate dog and cat consultation rooms. Here we can discuss your pet’s health in detail, perform examinations, and ensure we agree the best care plan for your pet. Our consulting rooms are cleaned regularly to maintain the highest possible hygiene standards when you and your pet visit us.

Laboratory.jpg

Laboratory

Vets4Pets Marlborough is proud to offer an in-house laboratory to facilitate prompt results for our patients. We are able to examine and test a range of samples including blood, urine, faeces, soft tissue, and fluid samples. This is particularly important for critical care patients.

Preparation Area

We take extra care when preparing your pet for an operation and have a separate operating theatre and preparation room. This is where we get our patients ready for theatre and sedate your pet ready for any procedures, offering a calm and relaxed environment for your pet when they need it most.

Operating Theatre.jpg

Operating Theatre

This is where procedures such as neutering, mass removals, exploratory surgery, and laparoscopic spays take place. A nurse will accompany your pet at all times. It is their role to ensure your pet is comfortable, and to monitor all anaesthetics using advanced monitoring.

Imaging Room

Vets4Pets Marlborough benefits from having a wide range of imaging facilities allowing the vets and nurses to view and study your pet in detail. Equipment includes digital x-rays and ultrasound for pregnancy or soft tissue injuries.

Cat Ward.jpg

Cat Ward

Our in-house cat ward is warm and cosy. With calming pheromones present in each unit, we aim to ensure your cat is as relaxed as possible throughout their stay. Our nurses scrub and disinfect in between each patient to ensure we maintain stringent hygiene standards. This promotes calm and ensures there are no unfamiliar smells from other cats that might cause your cat concern.

Small Animals.jpg

Small Animal Ward

We have a separate housing area for small animals, preventing contact with larger species. Located in a quiet part of the practice away from cats and dogs, this warm spot is ideal for rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters, exotics, and other smaller pets.

Dog Ward

We offer spacious, light and airy in-house kennels for all shapes and sizes, which our nurses scrub and disinfect in between each patient to ensure we maintain stringent hygiene standards. Having the kennels separate to the cat ward helps to keep your dog stress-free and relaxed.
