What is your favourite animal and why?
The Aye Aye. Will never forget when I first saw this creature on one of David Attenborough's Documentaries. Must be one of the weirdest looking animals on this planet and thus has to be one of my favourites 

What pets do you have and what are their names?
A beautiful 11 and a half year old Springer Spaniel called Tia, a fluffy ginger cat called Jimmy, Betty the Guinea Pig and lots of chickens. 

What's the best pet name that you've ever come across?
Steve, owned by the Macdonald family 

What is your favourite famous animal?
The Littlest Hobo

2004 

Where did you study?
Glasgow 

What's the best aspect of working for Vets4Pets?
All the head office support allows me to focus on being a Vet. I feel very fortunate to work with Vets4Pets, allowing me to develop my own practice to provide the care, compassion, modern medical and surgical facilities our pets & clients deserve 

What is your main speciality?
I have keen interest in dental procedures and am developing further interest in soft tissue surgery 

What do you like to do in your spare time?
Having fun with my 3 sons & husband Keeping fit, swim, bike and running.

What's the best aspect of working for Vets4Pets?
Small animal surgery. I enjoy the challenge of the surgery and each day brings in different procedures 

What is your main speciality?
I generalise at the moment but would love to focus on dermatology 

What do you like to do in your spare time?
I speak various languages including French, Italian and I like to improve my German & Polish. I enjoy dancing, swimming & sport

I studied as a beauty therapist (a long time ago) and spent most of my career overseas in tourism

The variety, the people and their adorable animals

 I do not have a set speciality in the veterinary world but I really enjoy meeting our customers and their cute pets

Aqua aerobics, beach walks & travel

I started at Vets4Pets Middlesbrough in 2009 when the practice opened.

I started training at Myerscough College in 2005 

What's the best aspect of working for Vets4Pets?
Knowing that everyday is different. I enjoy using my skills, training and experience to help pet recover from operations such as removing tumours. I really love holding the clinics such as behaviour clinic with dogs, I have a special bond with them 

What is your main speciality?
Puppy socialisation, dog behaviours, surgical nursing & coaching our student nurse from Myerscough College 

What do you like to do in your spare time?
I enjoy cake making and playing my clarinet

Looking after the animals, love seeing them grow and a nursing them back to health

Weight management and microchipping 

What do you like to do in your spare time?
Love spending time with my children, socialising and I am now training for my level 2 in BSL (British sign language)

Theatre x-rays and monitoring hospitalised pets, I find these areas very rewarding

I am looking to specialise in diabetes and exotic anaesthetics 

What do you like to do in your spare time?
Music, socialising, walking my dog and really looking forward to travelling around Thailand including seeing the elephant charity I support

I really enjoy working as a team. I enjoy making our clients & pets feel comfortable & relaxed when their pets are unwell

Charity work with Dogs Trust, RSPCA & Cats Protection. I work along side the accounts and help place animals in their forever home 

What do you like to do in your spare time?
I enjoy making hand made cards, candles, glasses and gift boxes
