Dr Rhiannon McCammick BvetMed MRCVS

Joint Venture Partner & Veterinary Surgeon

Since qualifying in 2012 from the Royal Veterinary College Rhiannon has worked in a variety of practices all over Cornwall, she has experience and a special interest in emergency medicine and procedures. When she has some spare time Rhiannon spends it with her husband and their huge menagerie of animals and birds which include Hazel the puppy, Lara the Lab, horses, dogs, cats, guinea pigs, rabbits, chinchillas, sheep & goats!

Joint Venture Partner & Practice Manager

Chris is an experienced businessman and our Practice Manager. You may see Chris out on reception meeting and greeting clients and pets with his sidekick Poppy, the tiny Yorkie! Chris has 12 children and a multitude of pets besides Poppy, all which keep him very busy indeed.

Georgie Panter RVN

Head Nurse

Georgies particular interest is in critical care and emergency treatments with a focus on promoting the welfare of small furries. Georgie has time for all creatures great and small and her pet family includes two dogs, two cats, two horses and six bunnies; which she’s rescued from various charities, they live with Georgie on her small-holding on Bodmin Moor.

Jess Demetriou RVN

Registered Veterinary Nurse

Jess qualified as a RVN in 2006 and since then has worked in several mixed animal practices and hospitals in Berkshire, Devon and Cornwall. Feeling drawn to Cornwall Jess decided to settle here this year with her pets; Roxy the dog, 3 cats and 2 horses. When not out riding or walking Roxy she goes to Crossfit training classes to keep super fit.

Naomi Blackbourn RVN

Registered Veterinary Nurse

Naomi has a particular interest in Nurse Clinics and inpatient care. She completed her nursing degree in a referral hospital and has since worked in general practice before joining Vets4Pets Penzance. In 2017 she became a Pet Health Councillor and has since been dedicated to supporting pets through whatever life throws at them from weight loss, to managing life-long conditions. Her furry family includes two beautiful Ragdoll cats and a lovely little Jack Russell who loves to go to the beach and is never far from her side.

Meg Watkins

Veterinary Care Assistant

Meg loves the outdoors and spends lots of time riding her horse Timmy in local show-jumping competitions. She also loves spending time on the beach and in the sea during the summer and exploring the countryside with her dogs Kenny & Harvey. In the surgery Meg will be looking after your pets whilst they’re visiting us, making sure they’re comfortable with food, water and plenty of cuddles.

Faye Robinson BA PGCE

Veterinary Receptionist

Faye enjoys making clients and their furry friends welcome during visits to our surgery. In her spare time Faye is studying for a Masters Degree in 3D Animation. She enjoys fair weather sea-swimming, photography and exploring Cornwall. Fayes family include four bunnies and Barbarella the cat who is ¼ Siamese and quite a character.

Beth Hichens

Veterinary Receptionist.

Beth is local and grew up in Penwith. She joined us to gain experience in a Veterinary practice and is hoping to train to become an Animal Care Nurse. Beth loves all animals and has dogs Marley & Macey, cats Bailey and Chase and two children! To relax, she likes to go for long walks with the children and dogs along the beaches and coastal paths in Cornwall.
