Terms and conditions for M&S £10 gift voucher promotion 1. This promotion is only available at Vets4Pets in Perth (“the participating surgery”). 2. The offer of the £10 M&S gift voucher is only available to registered clients at the participating surgery who refer a friend who registers as a new client 3. The friend must not be a registered client at any Vets4Pets or Companion Care veterinary surgery at the time of referral. 4. The friend must register as a new client at the participating surgery with their pet(s) and pay in full for a non-discounted veterinary consultation with a veterinary surgeon, with a minimum spend of £20. 5. The participating surgery will contact the referring customer following a successful referral to arrange the transfer of the £10 M&S gift voucher. 6. Only one referral per registered customer. 7. Give yourself peace of mind with our Pet MOT

Pet MOT £30 If booked as part of your pet’s annual booster vaccination and health check. 

Pet MOT £60 If booked separately to your pet’s annual booster vaccination and health check. 

When you come in for your Pet MOT appointment receive a Pet MOT Annual pass and get 10% off all bills in surgery for a year. When you book your appointment you and your pet will be invited for an initial consultation when the following checks will be carried out: 
Full blood analysis 
Eyes and ears 
Urine analysis 
Skin and coat 
Heart and lungs 
Weight 
Behaviours check 
Nails and teeth 

Blood samples are sent out to the laboratory for analysis. The results of these tests provide our vets with a window into the body of your pet providing them with essential information onmedical conditions associated with: 
Kidney function 
Diabetes 
Liver function 
Anaemia 
Thyroid gland function 
Some cancers 

Follow up full veterinary consultation. 

All of your results from the initial appointment and from our laboratory are compiled on the Pet MOT certificate. This will then be discussed in full with you by one of our veterinary surgeons.
