Holly Norman BSc(Hons)BVetMed MRCVS

Veterinary Surgeon and Partner

I qualified from the Royal Veterinary College in 2011 and started at Vets4Pets in 2014. I enjoy working with all kinds of animals but have a special interest in dentistry, ophthalmology and looking after our older pets.

Just like people, I think that our pets are only as old as they feel! At home, I have two Springer Spaniels, called Cleo and Nero, and we do agility and heel work together. I also have a ginger cat, called Cairo, who is very naughty!

Veterinary Surgeon and Partner

My love of animals started at a very young age, where as I grew up I had a strong interest in science and this led me to study to become a vet at Bristol University.

Since then I have gained experience working at several small animal surgeries and I was thrilled to join the Vets4Pets Peterborough team in January, where I have been able to provide the high quality of care I strive for, with a friendly, personal service. I am very excited by the opportunity to open a new ‘sister’ practice in Bretton to continue this.

I enjoy building relationships with my patients and their owners, treating each patient as an individual and I look forward to getting to know you and your much loved family pets.

Laura Nelson

Registered Veterinary Nurse

I am currently studying veterinary nursing at the College of Animal Welfare and am a bit unusual in that I am a mature student! I love getting hands on with intensive nursing cases and my favourite breeds are Pugs, Frenchies and Boston Terriers!

When I’m not at work, I love travelling with my friends, keeping fit and trampolining!

Laura Ball

Student Veterinary Nurse

I graduated from BSc (Hons) Bioveterinary Science at the University of Lincoln in September 2013 and started working at Vets4Pets Bretton in November of the same year. My favourite part of the job is getting to stand in and observe operations and meeting clients and patients.

I have a beautiful black and white cat called Miranda whom I adopted from a local charity in Lincoln. I recently acquired a rabbit from downstairs (Pets at Home) who came in for some TLC, was affectionately nicknamed Dribbler (which stuck) and then came home with me. My passion has always been to work with animals and my future aspiration is to become a qualified veterinary nurse.

Receptionist

I have been working at Vets4Pets Bretton since it opened in November 2013. I am lucky to have a job that I look forward to going to and work with a team of friendly, professional people. I like the variety of the job and enjoy meeting clients and their pets. I love animals of any size, shape and temperament and believe they give so much more than they take.

I have had many pets over the years, from as small as guinea pigs to as big as horses. I currently have a very old goldfish and two cats - a large tabby called Whiskey Dave and his tiny, black sister Milly (aka innocent Millicent) who is always up to no good! I am married with two grown-up children and a grandson.

I started working for Peterborough Bretton Vets4Pets in November 2013.

Since working here I have gained my SQP qualification.

I enjoy getting to know clients and their pets whilst at work.

I have pets myself at home; Bella the cat, Maximus the dog and four rabbits.
