Holly Griffin

Trainee VCA

Hi, my name is Holly and I’m the veterinary care assistant at Vets4Pets in Rawtenstall, I have been here since we opened and I can honestly say it’s the best experience.

I have a strong love for all animals, and getting to meet all the lovely pets (and owners of course) is such a reward. I am constantly learning and experiencing new things here, which is great.

I am also studying a level 2 Animal care course at college, and  we have a huge variety of animals there such as: snakes, geckos and even meerkats. I hope to successfully pass this course and then I aim to achieve my diploma in vet nursing and reach my ambition of becoming a veterinary nurse.

I’m very excited for the journey ahead and look forward to meeting you all. See you soon

Kim McKeown

Senior Receptionist

Hi, my name is Kim and I am one of the Receptionists at Vets4Pets Rawtenstall. I am new to the veterinary Game but no stranger to a reception desk!

I have an adorable (yet a little crazy) 2 year old staffie called Luca who we rescued in October 2014. He is now the love of my life (just don't tell my fiancé)

I am allergic to horses and donkey's (so I steer clear of Blackpool beach).

My favourite part of my new job is meeting all the lovely pets and their owners :) Come and pop in to say hi, hope to see you all soon.

Michelle Ratcliffe

Hi my Name is Michelle and I am one of the Receptionists at Vets4Pets Rawtenstall. I joined Vets4Pets in July 2015 with no experience in the veterinary world just a love of animals and a passion to care for people and their pets. It's a complete career change for me but it's a job I'd always dreamed of doing and feel so proud to have been given this opportunity.

When I’m not at work I enjoy spending time with my family on the farm or going out for walks with the dog. I have 4 children who like to keep me busy, 1 dog she’s a greyhound x Saluki and is daft as a brush, 2 puss cats who love to tease the dog and 2 goldfish called Ted and Roy. I am a bit of a softie when it comes to strays and have taken in many over the years my favourite being greyhounds I also love donkey's which I’m trying to convince the hubby we need for the children.

Anyway enough about me let's hear from you why not call in say hello...  I look forward to meeting you and your pets.
