Meet the Sevenoaks vet team

Sylvester Kolodziejczk JVP Sevenoaks

Veterinary Surgeon & Partner

I graduated as a veterinarian in 2002 in Warsaw, Poland. I have been working as a small animal veterinary surgeon in the UK since 2005. I have been practicing veterinary medicine in first opinion practice as well as in a specialist emergency practice. My aim is to provide excellent, caring, friendly and professional service to all patients and support their owners throughout all aspects of treatment and guide them in making difficult decisions. I have many years of experience in soft tissue and orthopaedic surgery and keen interest in internal medicine. I share my free time with my wife and two kids as well as with my cat Tosha who was rescued from streets of West Yorkshire when she was just a 5 week old kitten.

Student Veterinary Nurse

After obtaining a first class honours in Animal Management and after working as an elephant keeper for 3 years, I decided that I would pursue my passion to become a Veterinary Nurse.

I worked at Battersea Dogs and Cats Home to gain experience (through which time I qualified as a Canine Hydrotherapist), which led me into working in a busy veterinary practice in London.

This gave me the opportunity to train to as a Veterinary Nurse and now that I am at Vets4Pets Sevenoaks, I am looking forward to qualifying in March and building my career here with Sylvester and the team.

In my spare time I enjoy scuba diving and snowboarding, and of course, spending time with my golden retriever Sasha and my mischievous kitten Maisie.

Practice Manager and RVN

I qualified in 2003 and have worked in small animal surgeries since. I travelled to Australia to work in Surgeries abroad for two years when I had just qualified.

In my spare time I keep, show and breed Registered Pygmy Goats and currently have 13. I also have two dogs and two cats at home and two ponies and am kept busy looking after them all.

I moved to Sevenoaks surgery in June from a different Vets4Pets and hope I can bring new ideas to the team. When I'm not looking after the animals I like to read.

Veterinary Care Assistant

I moved to England seven years ago. After improving my English and getting more experience in customer service I decided it was the right time to full fill my dream to work with animals. I received an opportunity to have two weeks work experience at Vets4Pets in Sevenoaks. After those amazing two weeks I knew that I want to become a veterinary nurse. I was lucky enough to got a job offer at this practice. I joined the surgery in May and since then I love every day at work.

I live in Halstead with my husband and bulldog Max.

In my spare time I read books and watch movies.
