Gabriel Wax DVM MRCVS

Owner & Veterinary Surgeon

This is Gabriel Wax, our Veterinary Surgeon and practice partner who opened Sutton Coldfield Vets4Pets in July 2010 and Sheldon Vets4Pets in October 2015. 

He is a hard working dedicated Veterinary Surgeon and provides a high level of care to the pets that he treats. He is a friendly, approachable individual who is happy to deal with any queries or concerns that clients have. He takes pride in the practice and the work that he does and is the face of Vets4Pets Sutton Coldfield and Vets4Pets Sheldon, along with his Lhasa Apso dog, Brusco.

Vassilis Chantziaras DVM MRCVS

Veterinary Surgeon

Vassilis is our primary Veterinary Surgeon who graduated from the University of Thessaly in Greece in 2010. Since that time he has completed a two year rotating internship in Greece, whilst working as a part time veterinary surgeon. 

In 2012 Vassilis moved to Birmingham and since then, he has worked as a general practioner, undertook emergency training and worked as an emergency vet providing out-of-hours care and more recently he has completed an internship in one of the biggest multidisciplinary small animal referral hospitals in the UK.

Vassilis has grown up in a veterinary environment as his Mother is also a Veterinary Surgeon. 

Having a special interest for surgery, Vassilis has recently started a postgraduate certificate in small animal surgery.

Chontelle Vincent
RVN & VN Cert E.C.C

Registered Veterinary Nurse

Chontelle is a qualified and registered Veterinary Nurse who has been working in practice for over 20 years. She also holds a certificate in Emergency & Critical Care of which she has 8 years experience of working. She continues to tutor student nurses as an assessor, marking assignments for those studying for the VN Certificate in ECC. 

She owns a cockapoo, cornsnake and lives at home with her two children and husband who keep her busy when not at work!

Registered Veterinary Nurse

Charlotte graduated from Pershore College in 2014 before registering as a veterinary nurse in January of 2015. Since then she has worked at several Vets4Pets locuming before deciding to settle with our practice as a full time nurse.

Charlotte has a particular interest for anaesthesia and loves spending time working with clients during nursing clinics. In her spare time she enjoys walking and spending time with her two Labradors and English pointer, Arthur.

Lexi Pitts-Fielding


Before starting at Vets4Pets Sheldon, Lexi worked within Customer Services and the Communication Industry. She gained great skills and a blossoming passion working with people which was perfect for the Sheldon Vets4Pets team. 

Lexi has grown up with a love for all animals; such as rabbits, cats, all dogs and of course her not-so-little chocolate Labrador, Rosie. “I can’t wait to meet our new clients and their furry friends soon!”

Melissa Mcniece


Melissa works full time at Sheldon Vets4Pets, and is honoured to be apart of such an amazing team. Melissa has two dogs of her own and is a keen horse rider. 

Animals have always been apart of her life and she has found a true passion working at Sheldon Vets4Pets and looks forward to meeting our new clients soon!
