Hi, I'm Arleta. I have worked for Vets4pets for 6 years and have been with South Shields Quays for 3 years. 

I love that I see continuation of all my cases and get to see and meet lovely clients. I love being part of a close team.

I love working near the beach as I feel I am on constant holiday.

In my spare time I like spending time with friends and going back home to see my family in Poland.

Hi my name is Elly and I have just graduated in 2022 as a Veterinary Surgeon. After coming here on my final years placement I absolutely loved it, the team were so welcoming so I decided to apply for a job here!

I am so exited to start my career as a vet, as well as my love for animals I love the fact everyday is new and exciting and I get to be part of an amazing team.

In my free time I love going to the gym and keeping active by going on long dog walks and running. I love going on holiday and music festivals especially Glastonbury. 

Hi Im Justyna. I joined Vets4Pets South Shields Quays in May 2023 and I knew straight away that I had found the most caring and lovely animal practice.

Outside of my passion for veterinary medicine, I enjoy live music, none more so than rock band Pearl Jam, who I follow every time they are in Europe. 

In my free time I love walking in mountains, watching football and reading books.

I have a cat who I adopted 4 years ago named Sausage. 

Hello, I’m Ilicia!

I have been working here at South Shields Quays for 5 years and I am embarking upon my nursing journey.

I love my job as every day is diverse and exciting; surrounded by my colleagues who are hardworking and strive to give the best possible care to our patients always.

I have a 15 year old Maltese called Lillie who I have had since I was 11 years old. She is my little best friend!

Whenever I get the chance, I love to travel anywhere possible! Nature walks are my favourite and I love to binge watch a good series.

Hi im Lauren and I have been working in the veterinary industry for 10 years now. I started my journey as a receptionist and then qualified as a Veterinary Nursing Assistant. I am now a Student Veterinary Nurse and enjoying my studies. I have two children and I am also a mam to my horse called Dan.

Hi I’m Vikki! I'm the Practice Manager here at South Shields Quays.

I've been here for 6 years now, watching our practice grow. I love meeting new clients and furry faces everyday!

When I'm not looking after the practice and our team, I love caring for Chapel; My beautiful horse! It's always fun trying to get him back in his stable after a full days work!

Outside of work, I can be found cleaning up the disaster trail after Oscar and Ollie; My two crazy Patterdale terrier brothers.

I have worked at South Shields Quays since September 2020.

I love working at the Quays as we have a fabulous team, lovely clients and their gorgeous animals.

When I am not at work, I enjoy spending quality time with my family, friend’s children and my Chow Chow Koby.

Hi, I’m Kayleigh!

I have worked at South Shields Quays since March 2021.

Every day is different and definitely keeps me on my toes which makes it a challenging but exciting place to work. It's great not knowing what is coming through the door next! 

I love to be positive and making people smile! I like chatting to new clients and cuddling their furry companions. 

On my days off, my pups Ollie the Maltese and Cassie the Cocker Spaniel keep me on my toes! 

Hello I’m Kirsten, one of the Client Care Advisors here at Vets4Pets South Shields Quays!

I’ve been only working here for 2 year so I can’t wait to get to know all the amazing clients and their furry friends. I live with my partner of 10 years here in South Shields, we currently don’t have any pets but is definitely something we are looking forward to doing together in the next couple of years. I love spending time with my family and friends and their animals too! Me and My partner love to travel so whenever we get the chance we are flying away somewhere amazing!

Since starting on reception a few months back all of the amazing team I work with has made me feel so welcome and made it so easy to fit in!
