Widnes Vets4Pets Christine

Christine Topolski RVN A1 V1

Joint Venture Partner & Head Veterinary Nurse

I’m Christine and I have worked in small animal practice for almost 20 years.

Due to recent partnership expansion, I am excited to now branch out into my home town of Southport from Widnes Vets4Pets and meet all of your lovely pets. I will still be returning to Widnes to catch up with our lovely clients and their pets there.

I am also looking forward to starting my International Society of Feline Medicine Diploma in 2017 as I have a keen interest in this area.

In my spare time, I enjoy family walks with my rescue Rottweiler, Lola. Unfortunately, she is a little old for the sand dunes now so you may have seen her occasionally in and around Southport sporting her three wheeler pram after a wee stroll along the beach. We have also taken in a very cute little tortoiseshell cat that was found dumped in a cement mixer. She has now been fed up, given lots of TLC and is now appropriately called Tia Chunks.

Widnes Vets4Pets Robyn

Robyn Mcilwrath RVN

Joint Venture Partner and Registered Veterinary Nurse

Hi, my name is Robyn!

I grew up in Liverpool and achieved my qualification as a veterinary nurse in 2012. Since then I have worked with small animals and exotic pets.

Being a veterinary nurse is a very rewarding career, I particularly enjoy nurse clinics. This gives me the opportunity of getting to know patients and clients very well.

I have two cheeky guinea pigs called Buddy and Happy. They are both indoor pigs and love their home comforts. I have been given the name “Crazy Guinea Pig Lady” which I love.

Maria

Veterinary Surgeon

Hi, my name is Maria! I've graduated from Lublin University of Life Sciences in 2013.

Since then I've been working as a veterinary surgeon in several veterinary practices, mostly with small animals. My specific professional interests include internal medicine of dogs and cats and surgery.

I'm delighted to become a part of Vets4Pets team and I really enjoy living in beautiful Lancashire. After work I like to spend time with my family and friends. I like socialising with my friends, watching horror films, travelling and cooking!

Kelly

Receptionist

Hi, I'm Kelly. I am new to the Vets4Pets family after having worked in Pets at Home for a year and a half. I'm excited to join the fabulous team at Southport/Widnes and to meet you and all of your lovely pets!

Outside of work you will usually find me running around after my son and our dog, Duchess!

In my spare time I enjoy photography and socialising with my friends and family. At home we have a crazy Patterdale Terrier, Duchess who is my absolute best friend and a Leopard Gecko, called Sansa, who likes sitting on my son's shoulder to watch TV!
