Aimee Elsden

Aimee Elsden BVetMed CertAVP (SAM) MRCVS

Veterinary Surgeon & Partner

Aimee graduated from the Royal Veterinary College in 2008. 

She enjoys investigating medical cases and has completed the RCVS Certificate in Advanced Veterinary Practice (Small Animal Medicine). 

In her spare time she enjoys running, riding her horse Dave and sailing.

Anna Warren

Anna Warren BVetMed (Hons) MRCVS

Veterinary Surgeon & Partner

Anna graduated with Honours from the Royal Veterinary College in 2005 and has a particular interest in diagnostic imaging (ultrasound and radiography) and surgery. 

Outside of work she enjoys golf, cycling and exploring the local countryside. She loves pugs!

Stella Buettner MRCVS

Veterinary Surgeon

Stella graduated in 1996 in Berlin and came over to England in 1998.  Since then, Stella has worked in several practices throughout the country and has now settled in Weymouth.  Her specialist interest is ophthalmology.  

In her spare time she likes to go bird watching, walking and enjoys cooking and learning about history.

Karin Kristensen RVN

Head Veterinary Nurse

Karin is originally from Denmark. She’s always wanted to work with animals, so studied animal management at Kingston Maurward College, after which she qualified as a veterinary nurse. Karin joined Vets4Pets in June 2016 and has since then, been promoted to Head Veterinary Nurse. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her partner and cat Pip.

Mie Grønholt

Veterinary Surgeon

Mie is originally from Denmark and graduated from the University of Copenhagen, in June 2018. She moved to the UK to pursue a career within a Veterinary Practice and has enrolled in a 2 year Graduate programme, through Vets4Pets. She is enjoying her new role and is improving her veterinary skills daily.

In her spare time she enjoys exploring the local countryside and spending time with her partner and her cat, Toulouse. She absolutely loves dogs and is in the process of adding a Springer Spaniel pup to her family!


Katie Upton

Katie first started working as a veterinary nurse in 2004, whilst working at a charity hospital in Southampton. She has worked in several practices across Hampshire, including a large referral centre.

After a short career break when her children were born, Katie has joined Vets4Pets in January 2019. She is enjoying getting back into nursing and settling into the team! When she’s not at work, Katie enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and is keen to find a local Zumba class!

Jade Hider

Student Veterinary Nurse

Jade started working for Vets4Pets, as a Student Veterinary Nurse, in January 2017. Jade is currently studying at Lynwood School of Veterinary Nursing. 

Jade has always been really interested in Biology and loves being around animals, which has led to her role at Vets4Pets. 

She is the owner of very large puppy dog, called Bruce!

Laila Burgess

Veterinary Care Assistant

Laila started a work experience placement at Vets4Pets, in November 2018. She has since then been employed as a Veterinary Care Assistant and is hoping to one day become a qualified Vet Nurse.

She has a little Jack Russell called Billy – who only really responds to his full name – Bilbo Baggins!


Zoe Swan

Veterinary Care Assistant

Zoe joined us at the beginning of October 17.  Her love for animals has encouraged her to want to be a VCA, and in the future possibly train to become a nurse as she has always enjoyed working  with animals.  

In her spare time she loves to go on walks with her border collie, Patch!

Paige Blackmore

Student Veterinary Care Assistant

Paige started working within a veterinary surgery in 2012. Her love for animals encouraged her to train as a veterinary nurse.

In her spare time she likes spending time with her family and friends. She has fulfilled her dreams of owning a French bulldog and is now the proud mummy of gorgeous pup, called Max.

Cristie Watson

Practice Manager

Cristie moved to the UK from South Africa, in 2008. 

She has worked in customer service and administration roles for the past 15 years. Her strong love for animals drove her to pursue a career with Vets4Pets. 

Cristie started as a receptionist when the practice first opened and now has moved up in her role - to Practice Manager. 

She has a cat called Walter, who definitely rules the roost!

Nikki Bryant


Nikki has worked for Vets4Pets Weymouth since November 2018. She was previously employed for 14 years as a Receptionist at a busy hotel. In this role she gained loads of experience in Front of House client service, as well as achieving a certificated qualification in Front of House Supervision.

With a young son, there is no such thing as 'spare time' but Nikki and her family do enjoy forest walks in their wellies and exploring new places. Nikki's son owns a cute little hamster called Millie and as a family, they are hoping to introduce a kitten in the near future.


Jessica Chitty


Jessica joined Vets4Pets in October 2017, whilst studying Business and Management. She has recently graduated and looks forward to developing her new knowledge.

She has previously worked in a variety of industries but favours working with animals due to the joy of seeing them grow and become members of their families.

Jessica has a black and white moggie called Stitch and hopes to shortly introduce a dog to the family.
