Clients must register or be registered at the Participating Practice. The offer is for a dental scale and polish charged at £150, this cost would only cover pain relief injection, general anaesthetic, scale and polish and two (2) post-operation checks. Offer excludes any additional treatments such as extractions, pre-general anaesthetic, intravenous fluids, lungworm test, bloods, fluids etc. and any additional consultations, treatments or medications required prior to or during the appointment will be payable at the Participating Practice’s standard prices. The standard price is the list price on the day of consultation and the full price may depend on the species, weight and sex of your pet. The procedures will be performed by a vet or vet nurse at the discretion of the Participating Practice. Procedure will only be carried with veterinary approval, and the vet may refuse to allow the treatment at their absolute discretion. To redeem the offer, appointments must be booked in advance quoting this offer and available appointment times may be restricted to non-peak opening times. Available appointment times will be confirmed by the Participating Practice at the time the appointment is booked. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, voucher, discount or Care Plan. No cash alternative. Single use offer. Limited to one offer per pet. Subject to availability. Non-transferable. No copies permitted. Offer must be used in a single transaction and will not apply retrospectively.
