Branch-Specific Terms

•    Healthcare Plans: Please note that healthcare plans are non-transferable to and from our branch.

•    Prescription Orders: Kindly allow 48 working hours for the processing of flea, worming, and other prescription medication orders.

•    Insurance Administration Fee: A one off yearly administration fee applies for insurance processing. This covers all insurance claims within a twelve month period.

•    Prepayment Policy: All appointments must be prepaid at the time of booking.

•    Cancellation Policy: We require 24 hours' notice for any appointment changes or cancellations.

•    Missed Appointments: To ensure fairness in our booking system and to prioritise sick pets, if you miss two appointments within a 12-month period, you will be charged the full cost of the consultation.
