This offer is for 10% off the full price list of the following services: vaccinations, consulting fees, and parasiticides and can only be redeemed at one of the Participating Practices (Solent group of practices - Portsmouth Solent, Fareham Park Gate, Fareham Collingwood, Waterlooville and Havant). This offer is exclusively for holders of a valid Blue Light Card. The “full price” is the list price on the day of the appointment and the full price may depend on the species, weight and sex of your pet. To receive the 10% discount, all services and/or treatment must be paid for in full on the day of the appointment. Clients must register or be registered at the Participating Practice. To redeem the offer, an appointment must be booked in advance quoting the offer. Available appointment times will be confirmed by the Participating Practice at the time of booking. The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other voucher, discount or offer and excludes Health Plans. No cash alternative. Non-transferable. Offer will not apply retrospectively.
