I’m Michelle, Joint Venture Partner here at New Malden. I can't believe I graduated so long ago in 1999 and have no idea where the time has gone- I guess time flies when you are having fun!

Going to work as a vet is something I still enjoy every day- I love my patients and find the work stimulating and challenging, never knowing what the day will hold. Choosing not to specialise I really enjoy the variety that general practice brings and I particularly value the relationships that I have developed, and continue to develop with my clients. My team at New Malden are compassionate and fun and they bring a lot of joy to my days too.

Outside of work I have lots of fun with my young son and like to wind down with a book if I ever get a quiet moment.

I look forward to meeting you and your pets every day. See you soon :-)

I graduated from Bristol University in 2016 and have been working since as a small animal vet. I love the variety of animals I get to see on a daily basis and am looking forward to working at New Malden, having volunteered here as a student.

In my spare time I'm often found running around after my troublesome cat Blue, or out with my friends. .

I graduated from St. Petersburg State Academy of Veterinary Medicine in 2011 and have worked primarily with exotic and zoo animals ever since. Following a period of intensive preparation, I passed the MRCVS statutory exam, enabling me to practise in the UK. After several more years of dedicated study, I achieved the status of Certificate Holder in Exotic and Avian Medicine. I’m passionate about ongoing learning and regularly attend seminars and training courses in the UK, USA, and Europe to stay current with the latest advances in exotic animal care. Outside of work, I enjoy sports - especially professional cycling and caring for my own little menagerie of four tortoises, two parrots, and two Von der Decken’s hornbills.

I joined the team here in 2019 as a Veterinary Care Assistant and became a Registered Veterinary Nurse in 2024. I am currently studying an Advance Program in Nursing Exotic and Zoo Species. In 2025 I had the amazing opportunity to become the Deputy Head Nurse here at the clinic. I love working with such a wonderful team and greatly enjoy seeing the large variety of patients who come through our doors. I also have a keen interest in Emergency and Critical Care and love caring for all our hospitalised patients. Outside of work I enjoy studying (lots!) and spending time with family and friends

I started working at this practice in April 2024, and I have been very lucky to work with such dedicated and incredible people! Getting experience from a place like this can really help to learn a lot more about not just the patients, but the clients too and I am very excited about where this leads me in the future.

In my spare time, I love to watch my favourite tv shows and meet up with my friends.

Also an Aqua-scapist and aquarium keeper. I started here as a receptionist before the rebuild and then had the honour of moving onto the VCA role once the new practice was built! I enjoy learning new things almost daily and couldn’t have asked for a better team!

I joined the Vets for Pets team in December 2024 following the lovely expansion. I started my career in general practice, and soon found my way into the world of Emergency Critical Care and referral nursing. I am enjoying my return to general practice and love meeting our clients and their gorgeous pets. Outside of work you will see me with my family, working out or in my kitchen cooking something delicious.

I have been working in Veterinary Practice since 1999 and have worked in many different surgery’s, starting at the RSPCA in Putney, where I trained to be a Veterinary Nurse. I’m Mimi, and I began my journey at Vetsforpets in 2023 as a Veterinary Care Assistant. During this time, I had the privilege of assisting our amazing vets, and the joy of caring for our furry friends. Over time, I discovered a passion for customer care and decided to transition into the role of Practice Administrator. I thoroughly enjoy working alongside my peers and being part of the Vetsforpets team! When I’m not at work, you’ll find me out and about with my cheeky Shih Tzu, Elsie, indulging in a bit of retail therapy, or catching up with friends.

I joined the amazing team at the end of 2024 and I’ve been loving every moment since! Interacting with both people and their pets has been such a joy, and while I don’t have a pet of my own right now, I definitely make up for it at work with plenty of cuddles and wagging tails. When I’m not at the practice, you’ll most likely find me in the kitchen whipping up homemade sweet treats, baking is my happy place, and I love sharing my creations with others.
