Meet the team

I’m Pawel, the proud owner and lead veterinary surgeon at Vets for Pets in Clacton-on-Sea. I graduated from Wroclaw University of Life and Environmental Sciences in 2016 and have since dedicated my career to providing high-quality, compassionate veterinary care. With General Practitioner Certificates in Small Animal Surgery (GPCert SAS) and Endoscopy & Endosurgery (GPCert Endo), I bring a wealth of expertise to help pets live healthier, happier lives.
Having practiced in the UK since graduation—first in an independent clinic in Dorset and later across multiple Vets for Pets practices in Essex—I have gained invaluable experience in treating a wide variety of cases. I strongly believe that my role as a vet extends beyond medical treatment; my greatest passion is strengthening the bond between pets and their owners, ensuring that every patient receives care tailored to their unique needs.
While I love all animals, small mixed-breed dogs hold a special place in my heart, as I’ve been fortunate to share my life with two of them. Now, as I establish my own Vets for Pets practice, I’m excited to introduce our values of accessible, high-quality care to the local community. My goal is to create a welcoming, supportive environment where pet owners feel confident that their beloved companions are in safe hands.
I look forward to meeting you and your pets!

Elona lives with her partner and a small zoo that has accumulated because she cannot resist helping an unwanted animal. This has extended to having a hedgehog hospital in her garden whilst being a trustee for a Suffolk hedgehog charity. Looking after animals led her to qualify as an animal behaviourist, and being able to identify their expressions has given her a more thorough interest in pain management. After all we want to see a happy face!
In her spare time, she loves redesigning her garden, painting animals and running educational sessions for people to learn about hedgehog care.
Elona is thrilled to be able to join Clacton Vets for Pets, helping build the practice with everyone. Meeting all the new clients and their pets is an exciting prospect.

Hati knew from a young age that she wanted to pursue her career working with animals. Hati has been working in busy practices since 2019 and qualified as a Registered Veterinary Nurse in 2021. Hati enjoys all aspects of her role but especially has a passion for anaesthesia and small furries.
In her spare time Hati enjoys gardening, paddle boarding and spending time with her family in Suffolk. Most of Hati’s time is spent on country walks with her two dogs, Trudi and Bonnie.
