She became a Registered Veterinary Nurse in 2006, and joined the team at Mansfield Vets4Pets in 2008. She trained as a clinical coach, supporting student nurses, and went on to become Head Nurse in 2013. In 2020, Lisa became joint practice owner at Mansfield Vets4Pets with Richard and Rebecca. Lisa enjoys all aspects of veterinary nursing, but the more complicated, the better! She loves to solve problems and research solutions. She particularly enjoys assisting the vets with diagnostic imaging (radiology and ultrasonography) and getting involved with both surgical and medical treatment plans. Lisa advocates a team approach to patient care and loves when our colleagues work together to find the best solutions.

Lisa lives at home with her husband Martin, and their beagle Maggie, miniature dachshund Leonard, and six housecats Betty, Dave, Meredith Sparkles, Daphne, Meg and Ralph. When asked what she likes to do in her spare time, she commented ‘work’ (with a smile on her face!). But her ‘happy place’ to be is out with her dogs in her local park or woodland.
