Meet the team

I graduated from the University of Bristol in 2017 and have worked in small animal clinical practice since then - ranging from small rural clinics to multi site practices and tier three veterinary hospitals.
As Clinical Lead here at Scarborough Vets for Pets I will ensure your pets get the very best veterinary care, and that you feel valued and welcomed here at the practice.
I love being a general practitioner and getting to know you and your pets throughout their life. I have a passion for veterinary dentistry and a soft spot for grumpy geriatric cats.
I grew up in Scarborough and have settled back here permanently since having my little boy. I have a beautiful dog called Lassie and a little kitten called Marie who keep me very busy. Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my family, going on rural walks, visiting coffee shops, reading fantasy novels and listening to metal music.

Bianca
Locum Veterinary Surgeon
MRCVS

I have been a Registered Veterinary Nurse for 8 years, and in management roles for 2 years. I recently joined Vets for Pets, after moving to the area from Northumberland. When I'm not at work you will find me walking my dogs & visiting family and friends.

My name is Amber and I graduated from the Royal Veterinary College in 2020 with an FdSc in Veterinary Nursing. I completed my training at Vets for Pets Scarborough and have been working here full time since then. In my spare time I enjoy reading, sketching and playing with my crazy, one-eyed rescue cat, Clara.

I joined the Vets for Pets Scarborough team in November 2024, before this I worked in Pets at home. I have a Level 2 Diploma in Animal Care which I completed in 2022.
I have 3 Syrian Hamsters called Baggy, Bella & Peanut, in my spare time you might see me at the beach or at car shows.

My name is Emma and I am a receptionist at Vets for Pets Scarborough. I joined the practice in October 2017, I have been here for 6 years now. This was my first time working at a Veterinary practice and I am loving the fact that every day brings something different; with the bonus of getting to meet all the lovely animals and clients.
I have 2 rabbits called Yo-Yo who is a Lop and Dottie who is a Netherland Dwarf. Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my husband and kids going for walks along the beach and going to see the steam trains at North Yorkshire Moors railway.

I have been with Vets for Pets since January 2024, and in customer service roles for 23 years. You will find me on reception welcoming you and your pets to the practice, and when I'm not here I'm usually off exploring and trying new foods.

Hi, I'm Lisa!
I have recently joined the team at Scarborough Vets for Pets, but I have over 20 years experience in customer service.
I have a Spanador called Millie and in my spare time I like to go walking, watch movies & anything else which takes my interest!
Vets for Pets Scarborough is committed to bringing you affordable, high quality care via a modern, well equipped practice, including a lab, pharmacy, digital x-ray and ultrasound. Plus, on site car parking too!
The friendly team can't wait to meet all of their new clients!
